SureStay Hotel by Best Western Laredo in Laredo

I stayed at the Fairfield recently, and overall it was a really good experience. The first day was a little hectic because the hotel was packed — I’m pretty sure it was some kind of Mexican holiday since there were a lot of families staying there, and the hotel is right next to the mall. It made sense once I realized that.

After that, everything went smoothly. One thing I really liked was their Tuesday and Wednesday socials from 5–7 PM. You can grab a beer or some wine right at the hotel, which was actually really nice after a long day.

The location is great — literally walking distance from the mall — so that’s a big plus. I stayed in a suite, and the room was solid. Comfortable bed, good pillows, a nice couch, and the TV worked perfectly. No issues at all with the room except one small thing: the towel hanger randomly fell off without me even touching it. It was loose, but I was able to fix it myself. Just a weird little detail, nothing major.

The iron worked well, the room was cleaned properly every day, and the cleaning staff didn’t mess with any of my stuff, which I appreciated. The hotel staff in general was friendly and helpful.

Overall, good stay, good location, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Near the mall, great rooms with spacious areas, indoor gym. Breakfast was decent, however it was comfortable and had wonderful entertainment via TV Channels.

This is my home away from home. I stay here a lot due to work travels. The staff has always been super accommodating and friendly. Claudia and her staff greet me by first name and always take care of anything that I may need as a guest. They actually have a pretty decent breakfast made by the sweetest lady named Laura! She always greets me and my coworkers with hugs, smiles and warm welcomes. Laura is absolutely amazing!!! Overall the experience at this hotel has been one of the best. It’s difficult traveling and being away from home while working, but this Fairfield makes it a lot easier. Thank you to all the staff at this location; You guys are amazing!🙏🙏🙏

Very good location for shopping.

If your looking for a nice and safe place to stay this is it the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good.
