As soon as we took the elevator it smelled horrible sewage like. Hallway smelled like dirty carpet. We get to roof felt dingy we left to visit a family member in the hospital. Once returning we see a roach on the wall, as we are eating our dinner my father sees another roach and out appetite was ruined. Once inspecting the room more i see the restroom door shows signs of it being wet and damaged. Hair by bathtub and bathtub has oxidation/dirty. On some walls there stains around the room

I only asked for a seat in shower. Didn't ask for ADA room. So if you are handicapped that's the kind of room you get? Is that why we were only allowed 1 washcloth? Is that why the room was dirty? Is that why the 2 rooms I reserved couldnt be together. Is that

Staff was friendly. No amenities are available such as mini frig, cups for water or ice bucket. No coffee. It's just the room you rent. One night stay, I guess it filled its purpose. We did not use the pool. Plenty of parking was available. Beds were comfortable. Hallway carpets needed cleaning, they had an odd odor.

Front desk service was great. We needed a hotel close to the border, this hotel was a great choice. Safe, convenient area, we stayed there for 3 nights.

Front desk was very nice. Hotel is very outdated and needed areas to be cleaned. Room had a musky odor and wall ac units were a bit loud. Overall it’s an older hotel that’s ok to stay for just when no other options are available.

The Red Roof Inn in Laredo, Texas was a nice place to stay for our business trip. It is conveniently located near
I-35 and my room was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning with adjustable temperature settings, and the bilingual front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay very enjoyable.
