Went to visit family across the border but didn’t want to stay in Mexico, so we got a room here and loved our experience. Such a beautiful hotel, with a great staff

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was expensive for what it was and we were told that breakfast was included and it was not. There was a stagnant sewage smell in the room and hallways. Beds were not comfortable. There was dust in every corner.

It was a line for check in, I reserved a 2 bed room instead of that the gave me a single bed.

The room was clean and good size. The bed was comfortable. Everyone was very helpful and willing to assist. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a little bit of problems navigating from parking garage to lobby and to the room. Other than that it was a great stay.

The young lady at the front counter was very nice. The hotel was nice, but definitely needs some upgrades and they need to clean the light fixtures.

Staff was friendly. No amenities are available such as mini frig, cups for water or ice bucket. No coffee. It's just the room you rent. One night stay, I guess it filled its purpose. We did not use the pool. Plenty of parking was available. Beds were comfortable. Hallway carpets needed cleaning, they had an odd odor.

Front desk service was great. We needed a hotel close to the border, this hotel was a great choice. Safe, convenient area, we stayed there for 3 nights.

Front desk was very nice. Hotel is very outdated and needed areas to be cleaned. Room had a musky odor and wall ac units were a bit loud. Overall it’s an older hotel that’s ok to stay for just when no other options are available.

Enjoyed the Red Roof Inn - Laredo The Red Roof Inn in Laredo, Texas was a nice place to stay for our business trip. It is conveniently located near I-35 and my room was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning with adjustable temperature settings, and the bilingual front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay very enjoyable.

Location is good, within 10mins to 24hrs FastFood restaurant . Wifi on the weak side.

Great room! Awesome location. Having a night security is great especially when arriving late. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Best place for the money!

Great stay , great idea animals are kept on the first floor, but they should be leashed too. Not running around in the lobby or front desk.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere felt very welcoming. Most importantly, I felt safe throughout my stay the property was secure, well llit, and quiet. Great location and value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Could have better shower heads and more lighting.

I liked it because it was close to my family’s home. That’s the main reason we stayed there. There’s a shopping center right next to it in walking distance. We were grossed out with how filthy the room carpets were, and that was in 3 of the 5 rooms we booked. There was also a strong musty smell. I don’t know how old it is, but it definitely needs some TLC.

The bathroom was pretty bad! It had flys coming out of both drains.

Relax Inn was one for the book quite, peaceful ,clean specially the swimming pool we we're pleased with the place.

Could be better, lock on door isn't working and the door handle is busted, the room my parents got, three lights didn't even work.. but for the price I feel it's fair

Near the mall, great rooms with spacious areas, indoor gym. Breakfast was decent, however it was comfortable and had wonderful entertainment via TV Channels.

I stayed at the Fairfield recently, and overall it was a really good experience. The first day was a little hectic because the hotel was packed — I’m pretty sure it was some kind of Mexican holiday since there were a lot of families staying there, and the hotel is right next to the mall. Hotel was great. Happy hour is pretty good. The gym is amazing. I just got a room where it didn't cold it stayed at 79 degrees. I had to go sleep in my friends room.

This is my home away from home. I stay here a lot due to work travels. The staff has always been super accommodating and friendly. Claudia and her staff greet me by first name and always take care of anything that I may need as a guest. They actually have a pretty decent breakfast made by the sweetest lady named Laura! She always greets me and my coworkers with hugs, smiles and warm welcomes. Laura...

I travel to Laredo for work often this is my second time spending my weekend at this hotel the front desk staff is great beds are comfy room is always clean ac works great I'm definitely going to be a long time customer of this establishment

Someone broke into room Unsafe

"There is a saying"!! CANT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER ... WITH THAT SAID,, MY Company and crew had a great stay at la hacienda , on top of that my crew had left behind two Milwaukee packout back packs filled with tools worth hundreds of dollars.... Luckily staff picked them up and where turned in to front desk .....Hotel is slowing being remodeled but the housekeeping service is excellent never had...

Rooms are always clean. The parking is always easy. They have 1:00 check out for drivers. They are very nice at the front desk. They have great wifi. They have early check in also. Best hotel around!!!!!!

Trucker friendly hotel with truck parking and discounts. Very friendly staff. Air conditioning in rooms, some better than others. Great location because so many restaurants within walking distance. Decor is a bit dated, they could use some remodeling, but rooms are clean and they got a pool. Over all, it was a nice place to stay.

We had to change rooms cuz there was small roaches. Other than that if ur just gonna use it to sleep...it's k.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. But I really loved the breakfast. I loved all the fresh fruit and yogurt and bacon!

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel! The walking trail right outside was a wonderful bonus, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Irene, who made the experience beyond amazing with her exceptional service. Highly recommend!

The room itself was spotless, and the service was excellent. However, I was put off by the presence of a dead cockroach near the entrance and two more in the hallways, which remained there throughout my two-day stay. Needless to say, I didn't feel inclined to have breakfast there. Nevertheless, I must admit that my stay was quite comfortable.

Excellent facility. Bed base could be a little quieter. But overall excellent all the way around.

I usually don’t stay at Extended Stay locations unless absolutely necessary, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Extended Stay America – Laredo – Del Mar was exceptionally clean, and the staff was professional and welcoming. The location is great, close to everything you might need. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

All in all, this was a solid business hotel experience. The hotel is centrally located, with many nearby amenities including an HEB. The rooms are nice and clean with a full size refrigerator microwave stove little kitchen sink and cabinets for storage. Quiet and peaceful good air conditioning. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is almost half the cost of what I paid at Holiday inn Express. I completely enjoyed my stay here.

My stay at the Extended stay has been wonderful. Justin from the front desk is always friendly! His greetings of the day always make me feel very welcomed. The service he provides has exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back.

The shower was very slow and not like other rooms that I’ve stayed at the same hotel. There were also a couple long hairs in the shower wall, as I have short hair those were not mine. Bed seems to slide off the bed frame too easily.

The staff were great! Thank you for setting up a Christmas tree in your lobby. I was able to get a picture with my Father before we said our goodbyes.

Clean room good staff and good air conditioning and good parking space. Things they should add is body wash and shampoo free. The shower place is very fragile and it was not stable but it was not moving just when I got my leg in the it was pressing in. The rooms should have a closet door and more area for clothes. Also the beds were small and can’t fit 4 people. The dining table was good just less...

Welcome staff was awesome! The lady seem to be dealing with several issues at once but she remain professional and attentive to all customers. Hotel is walkable to several breakfast and dining options. Great value!

The staff were friendly, room was clean. I asked for early check in and they provided the room. But WiFi did not work properly. I had to use my phone hotspot for an online meeting. T mobile in that area does not have good coverage.

All excellent, you get what you par for. Experience was ok, except for the bathroom smell. I think they have a horrible issue with the sewers, since the odor of the room is so bad.

Air conditioner was super filthy. Full of thrash on the inside of the vents. Ice machine was not working. Door key was a hassle very hard to open up

This is my to to stay at due to rapid service and decent rooms and price. Lady at front office made sure my request was met!

The facilities in the room are very dilapidated and there is no hotel shuttle service. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby for dine-in and take-out. There is a convenience store in the nearby gas station.

My room was hot...A/C unit was not working...plus i paid for a one king size bed and i got a 2 beds instead.....we had to sleep on different beds me n my wife .....

The rooms are clean. Towels too. The fridge was not working but I filled the ice bucket for free in the vending machine area. The bathtub was a surprise, I was hoping for better water pressure in the shower but that is my only complaint.Get a reservation on the weekends but you might get lucky Monday through Thursday. This place is close to everything you need before your road trip. Black Friday weekend...

Hallways and front area were spotless. My room was very clean except under the bathroom sink. I would not have know this except that I dropped something and it rolled under.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable bed, cooling was good. We were 3 ppl in 2 a beds room. The toilet started to have hic ups where I decided I needed to go use the public toilet bathroom down the hallway. Somewhat inconvenient.

Room was OK, staff were ok but I reserved for 5 people and arrived late and only 3 towels were there, next day they clean the room and again left only 3 towels so both days I had to go to the front desk for them. Another thing was that some rooms were remodeling and the carpet was never vacuumed so that makes the hall dirty and the carpet was new. So you should vacuum every day.

Went to Laredo for a funeral and the entire staff did an excellent job in accomodating all our needs. The sympathy card and beautiful flowers were much appreciated!!!!!!!!!

Our stay was pleasant and staff was very helpful. The only problem we usually encounter is finding parking space.
