I came from Milwaukee to Laredo Texas to experience This horrible place was very disgusting, the door didnt lock right, the front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful not helpful at all, I would recommend this place to anyone!

There was bugs climbing mi bed room 131,
And a crack head woman was walking outside all night

The room was too small. We got a room with double bed and one bed was up against the wall and the other against the AC unit. Im sure that is what caused the AC unit not to work efficiently because the room was warm and night to sleep. The room was a bit run down as well.

Our room was dirty with the exception of the bed.
Floor was dirty, there were little cockroaches on the floor, curtain had a stain that looked like spit up, vomit, or something else. Shower floor was stained as well. Bathroom door looked like it was kicked open and repaired, all outside garbage cans were overflowing with garbage. Wifi in our room did not work. Staff was friendly but could do nothing. We had reserved 2 rooms for the night the other was clean. Parking was secure for a border town..
I expected more from a chain like motel 6

No fridge, no microwave,tv didnt work ,and on those 5 nights that i stay there only one time they clean my room,and i have to ask for towels every single day....

When we got to the room there was a puddle on the floor from the shower head, we tried turning it off but was not able to, we were tired so we didn’t get a room change but we heard it all night. The bedsheets were stained. Only got 2 towels, no face towel or floor towel, also got no shampoo or conditioner. Would not return

I know is a cheap hotel but for the price you can have something way better ... TV don't work ... And the staff don't care ... shower nasty .... a desaster ... ewww ...

All excellent, you get what you par for.
Experience was ok, except for the bathroom smell. I think they have a horrible issue with the sewers, since the odor of the room is so bad.

Not too clean
The room was hot ac wash dirty bed right next to it sheets were stuck to the ac intake. Walls were dirty with pee stains I know it’s pet friendly but very dirty bathroom shower faucet came off walls dirty next to toilet. Our neighbor next to us banging the walls. We weren’t making noise at all. Next time I’ll stay at the motel 6 down the street or the one off loop 20. Wall outlet broken that’s a hazard.
