We booked a 2 bed 1 night stay, when we arrived the room was not ready once getting into the room I noticed the stains on the pillows which I asked for new ones, there was a towel on top of the microwave that had dirt and water all over it. There was only 1 useable towel. The toilet had not been cleaned whatsoever, it had hair and other stains in and around it. There was excessive water at the entrance of the room not sure where it was coming from. The beds were tucked but sheets were not changed at all. We did not get into the sheets, thankfully we brought our own blankets. The pictures are false advertisement as they are not newly renovated they give you the landlord special. There was also a lot of tiny roaches in the room, especially in the shower which has no working ventilation.

I traveled from Mason City Iowa to San Antonio, Texas.They charged me 3 additional times for my hotel and did not reimburse me.They said they could not do anything.
I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM and that was my Check-in time. And they said I could not Check-in until 12 or 1 o'clock. The keys for the door did not a lot. I had to constantly go to the office and ask them and they act like they didn't want to Lyft a finger to help me.
The hotel had cockroaches. None of the outlets work to charge my phone. It's overall bad customer service.
I would really like to be reimbursed for my stay. Or at least the three times they charged me

Great Experience, friendly staff, safe area i have stayed multiple times, highly recommended..all the staff and front desk and and room attendants, housekeepers and all house keeping staff are super friendly, you will feel at home safe parking rooms are clean...

It was just in a rough part of San Antonio and I never got refuned the fee by the hotel

Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I were given a room that had not been properly cleaned, there was poop stains on the sheets as we pulled the covers back. We asked for a different room and it was somewhat decent. We ended up staying 2 nights for a concert nearby and our card got locked and wouldn’t let us back into the room at 10pm. It took me banging on the windows nonstop for over an hour to finally wake up the employee to help us get back into our room. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, unless you need a place to stay for a few hours. I would highly recommend that you take your sheets and pillows.

Was not able to accommodate a downstairs room. Bathroom was not clean, there was dried urine on the toilet.

TV did not work! Was told cable was out around the facility. I talked to a resident the next morning and they said their cable and tv worked great in their room. So why did you move me to another room!

Last time the bread was stale. This time I asked for no bread, got my Ruben served on paper, no knife to cut the food. $21.00 spent and they wouldn't offer a bowl. I had to ask for a fork.

Love the fact that it's drive-through but that means you can't see how much stuff they put on your order I asked for the light mail and got the whole bottle the sign there drive-through is messed up come on subway get it together the food was great though

Best B.Millers in town! We ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Fresh French fries, bowl of their delicious soup with minimal rice! Yea and brownies!

I've ate here quite a few times and I like the food. The sausage sandwich stands out and the sliced brisket has good flavor. I will add that when you order the barbecue sandwich to go make sure you say sliced brisket or else you'll get a sloppy Joe bbq sandwich. Oh and you have to try the sweet tea it's really good.

This was my first time at a Bill Miller's. While I really enjoyed the food, I had a few little irks about this one specifically (idk if it was just bad timing or what). I had a poor boy sandwich meal and I had to wait almost 15 min for the turkey meat to come out. Also, it took way too long to get condiments refilled even after like 2 other customers asked before me. Mind you this was during lunch time that we made the stop. It might have been just a bad day for them but its just something to note during my first visit. I'll go again but maybe try a different location then.

No flavor. Felt like my coleslaw was just cabbage with lime. The only reminding thing was my sweet ice tea.
