Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. My children absolutely loved the pool. I appreciate the fact that they have a shallow end the is separate from the deeper end, especially if you have small children that cannot swim. I also liked how close it was to everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. Food was ok. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

AC worked well. Room was not as nice as the pictures but was adequate.

We used handicapped parking and it was right outside our door. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, our stay was just a short overnight last minute stay. It was very quiet no road noise being so close to I-35.

I want to emphasize that my feedback is meant to be constructive. The staff was great, but I believe the rooms could benefit from some upgrades. For instance, I noticed some rust around the tub drains, and the ceilings could use some attention as well.

Great hotel. Not your typical Super8 Clean clean clean. Crisp white sheets. A/C worked fine and water was plenty hot. No carpet and clean floors. Good coffee!

Not impressed Room was clean, but the sheets were dirty. Called and they quickly came and changed them out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hotel is very outdated. Its more like a hotel/motel as they have rooms inside and outside. Didn't feel all that safe, so do not recommend single ladies staying here. I guess you get what you paid for...wont make that mistake again

This place is pretty good and the service isn't bad at all but it's the last day I was there that made me upset with the place. I had been there for 4 days already and had no issues. Went to pay for another day and they proceeded to tell my partner that we cannot stay due to a past stay....my partner supposedly smoked in the room and cannot stay there now. My daughter and I stayed here and booking was very simple and the price was decent. We arrived and the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. We also were very impressed by Juan, the breakfast cook. He had breakfast prepared ahead of schedule for us since we had to leave before breakfast time. He was super attentive and friendly. We will choose this hotel for all our needs. Thank you!

Room was clean and cozy, bed was comfortable. We checked in late and had an issue with the air conditioner but management sent maintenance first thing the next morning. Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh and hot.

The customer service at this location was above and beyond from cleaning staff to cooks to receptionist far exceeded our expectations!!

It’s a bit quirky to get to the property, though once there we had a clean, comfortable stay and it’s mere moments from some great dining.

The room was clean and spacious the only issue was that the bed was was very comfortable, it was like sleeping on springs and you sink towards the middle of the bed. Everything else was fine.

Breakfast menu was fresh. Could have been opened at 0600 am. Not everyone is traveling for pleasure.

Checked in with no problem. Man was very nice. The cleaning ladies did not help when we needed toilet paper. And were very loud banging on walls while cleaning which made it hard to sleep. The bed was stiff. Our stay was a 6/10.

The air conditioner was loud. Told clerk about it and they said they had a work order on it already. If that’s the case why put us in that room. There were others available. Bathroom was nice though and so was the shower Buffet breakfast was a disappointment. Not at all what was described. Staff was friendly.
