Great stay! Convenient and quiet location close to DC by metro or car.

I booked this room at the last minute because my flight was delayed. The room was decent, and the breakfast was average. They offered a shuttle service to Reagan Airport.

A good one for business travel

Apart from the friendly staff, there is nothing good about the hotel. The room is old and does not feel particularly clean.

It is conveniently located with a comfortable airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Great for sightseeing in DC and Alexandria.

Fantastic stay at Ritz - Pentagon City! Our Valet, Ed, was so welcoming and accommodating upon arrival. He continued to be a bright face throughout our stay; greeting us by name each time we interacted. The bed was so comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. Don’t skimp on the Club Lounge - worth every penny! Thank you for a lovely stay! We’ll be back!

First and last with this Ritz Carlton in Crystal City. Located conveniently off the metro and next to Pentagon City mall. Arrived on a Saturday by plane and charged 2 days parking for a vehicle I didn't have. It was supposed to be taken off by Cameron at check out but it wasn't. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I came here for a conference and stayed here for 4 evenings. Its pretty conveniently located, as the hotel is attached to a large shopping center/mall. The Ritz Carlton helped a wedding I attended make a great experience with the lovely etiquette of the personnel and the great professionalism of the managers. The rooms were surprisingly small for the price, I'm assuming because it was booked in a deal with the event but at least we had great privacy which was great great great ;)

The food in the Ritz restaurant was good and the hotel's location is perfect for travellers. Near the airport, mall, Metro, and nearby restaurants. Great security.

2nd time we have stayed at Pentegon City Ritz. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many great hotels, but none can compete with this hotel. This was one of the best Ritz Carlton‘s that I have been at. Mainly, the staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We were in town for the Marines marathon so we had four amazing nights staying at this hotel. The restaurant Sante is fantastic. The hotel is great, after all, it's the Ritz! The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside, shopping malls, restaurants, and bars next door, and taxis are easy to get around. It's very close to Reagan Airport, and a little further from Dulles Airport, but not too far either; a taxi ride would cost a few tens of dollars…

The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby entrance is a bit small. Transportation is extremely convenient; the Pentagon City subway station is right outside the lobby, and it's only four stops to Washington, D.C. The Pentagon shopping district is nearby.

I am very satisfied with the hotel facilities and cleanliness.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it still guarantees the quality of a four-star hotel. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient for dining and shopping.

I stayed for a 1 night layover at DCA so appreciated the convenient shuttle service. The hotel staff, front desk and Bistro, were great. The room was large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff in this hotel is usually terrible about operating. They almost always make mistakes (send two different booking to one room happened twice) inattentive and some of them can be rude. There are exceptions but 90% of the staff is the same. I am guessing is the corporate culture in this specific location. You need to pay for parking.

Everything was 10/10. Great stay! No complaints at all except how much the daily parking is, that itself is insane.

I stayed at this hotel for a short time, but I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location close to the airport, which made my trip much easier. I would definitely consider staying here again.

If you are someone who gets hot easily like me, I would recommend bringing a portable fan when coming to this hotel. The rooms are extremely warm and you can’t turn down the temperature much. We woke up sweating every night. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. The staff is nice. Parking is $38 a night plus tax.

I used their garage parking when flying out of DCA. This is the best pricing and service. I prefer this over using DCA parking. I paid half the price, rode in a comfortable shuttle, and the hotel staff and shuttle driver provide A+ service and courtesy.

The room was fairly clean, with two 1.5-meter beds that were very soft. The service was very friendly, and the location was convenient, being close to the subway and offering airport shuttle service.

The location is good, and the hotel also has a free shuttle to Reagan Airport. The room feels renovated and comfortable. However, the soundproofing is average. You can hear people talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. In addition, the water pipes in the bathroom make a loud noise. In short, it is worth the 900 night price.

The hotel is a bit old but the location is very convenient. The room space is not small. The hotel has airport pick-up at the designated location of the hotel shuttles on the arrival floor, which is easy to find. Although there are shuttle buses every half hour, they are not on time. I arrived nearly 20 minutes late. .

Quite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I can’t say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staff’s attitude varied—one was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didn’t want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasn’t even available.

No blanket for sofa bed. It iook so long to run hot water in bathroom. Parking is $50 and too expensive

Excellent location and wonderful front desk staff, especially the evening gentleman who was super friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the one bedroom suite was big and having the kitchen was very nice and spacious.

Stayed in the King one bedroom suite. Large room and living room. Small bathroom which was unfortunate. Couch was pretty poor quality. Bed was nice and comfortable. Don't be fooled by the pics there isn't a pool here. Would stay here again if visiting DC for convenience and comfort.

I was here for my loved one’s burial service at Arlington National Cemetery. This hotel staff didn’t know that, but they took such good care of me throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly and prompt at every point of contact. I’m very grateful and pleased that I chose this hotel out of the many options in the area.
