We really enjoyed our 7 nights in this hotel, it is conveniently located close to the Ronald Reagan airport and there’s a free shuttle that runs between the hotel and the airport. Our room was nicely spaced for the 4 of us and kids loved the breakfast. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Crystal City station which is a very convenient metro to go to town. Overall a good stay and enjoyable hotel.

Its a decent property, its clean and close to the airport. Pool is only 4ft deep and fairly small. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Has a bar but the bartenders were rude on most nights. Its right on the border of DC so not too far pf a cummute to many attractions

I just found the front desk agent less than friendly, especially when she was talking on the phone while checking me in. The property itself is somewhat run down. So I think that is the main reason factor contributing to my rating.

I recently stayed here from 3-23-26 to 3-28-26 with a tour group. My room was very nice and clean. I had an amazing view of DC from my window. I could see the Pentagon, Washington Monument, the Capitol Building and Jefferson Memorial. This was my first visit to DC and I really enjoyed myself. My room was clean with fresh towels regularly. The hotel all around is nice, one thing I feel could be better is the cleanliness of the bathtub. I did see dirt buildup where you put your soap. I do also feel like the furniture in the rooms definitely need an upgrade.

The room was spacious! The only thing I wish was improved was the outdated furniture and television didn’t include Netflix or YouTube.

First and last with this Ritz Carlton in Crystal City. Located conveniently off the metro and next to Pentagon City mall. Arrived on a Saturday by plane and charged 2 days parking for a vehicle I didn't have. It was supposed to be taken off by Cameron at check out but it wasn't. The Ritz Carlton helped a wedding I attended make a great experience with the lovely etiquette of the personnel and the great professionalism of the managers. The rooms were surprisingly small for the price, I'm assuming because it was booked in a deal with the event but at least we had great privacy which was great great great ;)

Not in the city center. It's not far from Arlington Cemetery. The room has views of the Air Force Memorial and the Pentagon. They offer a shuttle to and from the metro station, but the intervals are a bit long.

The hotel was in a great location. They need to update beds from doubles to queens. One bed was soft, other was hard. Hotel is getting tired and need some upgrades. Price was right for what we got, but more of a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is quite old, and all the facilities are dated. The air conditioning, in particular, is very noisy and kept me from sleeping. But if I turned it off, the room temperature was uncomfortable. On the plus side, the room itself was quite spacious.

Pretty standard decent Hilton. Not new but not especially old. Very clean. Good gym. Rooms have the divider in so you can sometimes hear a bit from room adjacent to you. Most guess are there for 1-2 nights only tough and a very quiet. They run an excellent free shuttle to the Washington DCA airport, it takes 5 mins.

Overall great experience. Apparently they had new software and that created a huge issue with trying to get in and out of the parking garage, which was rather annoying. Other than that, everything was very nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

Convenient location and decent service. However, the facilities are old, the rooms are quite small, and the pillows are very uncomfortable. No swimming pool either. Okay just for a sleep.

Great hotel and location. Very close to key bridge to get into DC. My only issue was they double charged me for parking ($39 dollars a night to self park, which is already kind of crazy). Thankfully I looked at my bill and they removed it, but it seems like a known issue and some people may not notice and just pay it. Other than that rooms were clean and spacious. Close to metro too. The towels and bedsheets were stained yellow. The mirror was facing the bed. The front desk service was good. It was absolutely disgusting, just utterly repulsive.

This hotel is great in every way and well worth staying at. It's not too far from anything. If I had to point out a couple of things, they would be: 1. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, just over ten minutes, but it's not a big deal. 2. The breakfast selection isn't huge and doesn't change, but what they do offer is very good and clearly made with care.

Easy access to the airport. The room is surprisingly super clean for the age of the facility. Parking is included and in a secure garage attached to the hotel. Nearby walking amenities are 7/11 and an adult entertainment club which is not my hangout but most guys seem happy about it. Overall, I would stay there again for the convenience of early flight and easy access to the highway.

Our hotel had a pipe leak, so we were moved to another hotel in the same brand. It’s farther from the train station but offers convenient airport transfers. Staff handled the situation well.

Staff in this hotel is usually terrible about operating. They almost always make mistakes (send two different booking to one room happened twice) inattentive and some of them can be rude. There are exceptions but 90% of the staff is the same. I am guessing is the corporate culture in this specific location. You need to pay for parking.

In the heart of Arlington, the Hilton Hotel is in a prime location with the convenience of supporting businesses that offered up amenities for business travellers as well as the touring public. I enjoyed the views from various windows within the hotel especially from my room. I'm looking forward to staying there again!

I would not recommend this hotel. The only plus’s are it had a Starbucks and was located in a nice area with many restaurant/bar options. The hotel restaurant was horrible both mornings we went. There is mold in the bathrooms because there is no ventilation in them. They also lock the air conditioning so it never gets very cool on the room - not fun when it’s over 100- degrees out. Very disappointing...

Got it for the pool because we traveled with kid. Pool opens 5 pm Monday -Friday which didn’t make it useful for us. The 3rd floor is musky due to pool. Feels like the AC wasn’t cleaned in quite a while which gave us a headache. Parking is “only” $40/night. We found a $9 early bird parking two buildings over.

Le Meridien is my favorite hotel in the DC area. The staff is nice and very helpful, the location is amazing, they have great mattresses and by far the best pillows on the planet! The rooms are nice and the bar area is a fun place to hang out.

I absolutely love this Westin!. As a person that travels frequently…at first, I was apprehensive because I’ve never stayed at this property… But I am so very pleased. If you are someone who gets hot easily like me, I would recommend bringing a portable fan when coming to this hotel. The rooms are extremely warm and you can’t turn down the temperature much. I used their garage parking when flying out of DCA. This is the best pricing and service. I prefer this over using DCA parking. I paid half the price, rode in a comfortable shuttle, and the hotel staff and shuttle driver provide A+ service and courtesy.
