The room was fine the noise cancellation terrible. I heard everyone & everything . Any room on the second floor near the terrace ..don’t do it. If there is an event you may as well forget it you will hear all noise from the event I.e bumping from the music

Isaiah, the manager, is an outstanding ambassador for AKA Alexandria. He, along with the amenities provided and the vibe of the hotel, made this a wonderful stay.

Our room was pristine. Isaiah displays unbelievable customer care with his colleagues…along with the housekeeping staff and valets. This hotel has easy access to all the museums in the district. It will always be my first choice in Alexandria.

Beautiful room, simple and nicely decorated. Coffee machine in room wasn't near an outlet and didn't come with instructions but we figured it out. Spacious bathroom and excellent lighting. We were part of a wedding party that filled part of the hotel. We had an amazing time!

I love this place so much I extended my stay for an additional 2 days then returned week after week. It was such a pleasure. Their balconies and little amenities make the hotel stand out from other hotels in the area. The staff is welcoming. One time they overbooked and I was upgraded to the diplomatic suite. The room is cozy, quiet and just super peaceful. I could spend all day in their claw tub rooms...

Breakfast was good. Front desk person was excellent. Parking was good and safe as the front desk had a perfect view of it on the camera.

Room had a live roach in dresser. Dead one next to 2nd bed. Mini fridge not clean. My daughter actually slipped in the tub even with the tub mat inside. Thankfully, she wasnt injured badly. The stay was great. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. The cleaning staff were absolutely great and diligent and took care of all of the miscellaneous things that I leave lying around, and kept up with supplies and linens. The area was good, convenient, and the stay was a good visit and business opportunity.

We only needed 1 night. Breakfast time is limited. We were not able to have breakfast, so I didn’t rate. Room is average to poor condition.

The beds, linens and the bathrooms are clean and smell fine. The upholstery bench in the room was kind of gross with stains. The location, price, and the shuttle was AWESOME for us. Also, I think it's good to mention that it was quiet and temperate. I appreciate that very much when we are only here to sleep and relax.

All of the employees were VERY kind and helpful. It was very centrally located to our venue. It's not a brand new hotel but very clean. Their shuttle to the airport and downtown was a big perk. Breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay here again.

It's a quite little hotel. It's kind of of but in a quaint way. The price as good. The people were nice. It was clean and well cared for. There were a couple of things that need a little bit of updating. The shower water pressure was low, the bedding was well worn, and even running constantly the AC barely managed to keep cool. But for the price it was fine. I would stay there again.

Four star service in a three-star hotel. The rooms don't need to be updated so much as they need to be cleaned and have some maintenance done. One of the bed frames had pieces of metal sticking out and my aunt kept barking her shins on them. The caulking around the bathtub was coming up in several places. The fixtures cover plates were coming up. And many things look like they hadn't been cleaned....

It was not unpleasant at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was what you'd expect. The air conditioning wasn't adequate for the room size though.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay however parking is a nightmare and after the amount you pay per night you would think parking would be free…it’s not! I went to enjoy the hot tub while it was empty but I guess after people have been in and out it was a little dirty. Now for my suite: very nice and spacious took a while to warm up but it was comfortable once it did…however my toilet wouldn’t...

We were waken up by the loud lobby music at 4 a.m. From Brittany Spears to Maria Carey, we were confused where we were, and why we were there.

Wonderful 2-night stay with our family. Very handy that it’s so close to the metro station. Beautiful and clean, comfortable beds, many delicious options for breakfast… The snack bar from 5:30-7 was great too. This is our second time to stay at Embassy Suites, and we have another stay booked in a couple weeks. Thanks for the delightful experience!

We stay here often as it is convenient and walkable in Old Town. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. We recommend for couples and families.

This was a great hotel-daily breakfast that could be made to order or just chosen on the line. Nightly happy hour, convenient parking. The best thing for us was the convenience to the Metro, bus and trolley-literally across the street! We only drive our car once to go to Mt. Vernon. Other days we went into DC so very easily on the Metro-so nice not to have to fight traffic. We walked all over...

I havent checked out yet but the check in was very smooth and very fast. Particularly appreciated asthis is a fast and short visit for me (they wouldnt have known) so that was extra helpful. My room was very clean and neat. Smeeled clean without overwhelming sanitizing smell. Comfortable and adequate for my needs this time around. Price was very reasonable as well. Thank you so much!

Granted we were there on New Year's Eve, but the hotel seemed to have very limited staff. Staff was not responsive and/or not available when needed. Breakfast buffet was empty when we arrived and only limited options re-supplied. Again, the limited staff contributed to guests not knowing the breakfast procedures and slow service. The room was adequate, but not really comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The location is great. Very close to Old town Alexandria. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

The parking is expensive, but that’s to be somewhat expected. We were in a suite and it was extremely small. It is the same size as a normal room, but split into two rooms. You have enough room to walk around the bed and that’s it. Also, a suite is for up to five people, but there is a king sized bed and a pull out sofa. There were also four total pillows in the room and no extra blankets or pillows...

The staff was very efficient and accommodating. The restaurant/bar offered a good selection of food at a reasonable price and we enjoyed their happy hour every afternoon

Great staff & spotless room - room desk attendant and maintenance went out of their way and quickly resolved a few minor issues, the bartender that served us Sunday night was great! Kind and efficient with a terrific sense of humor
