Check in was easy, room is perfect for our needs and staff has been exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The people were great!! the breakfast was excellent, and the cook came out and told us the oatmeal is from her grandmother's recipe! It was a nice surprise, considering we were there to attend a funeral and not feeling so good about it. Pat your people on their backs, they are on top of their games!

We have stayed there a few years ago, same trip to dust family in the area. We actually recognized some of the General Check-in staff. They are WONDERFUL, especially David, and the gal when we checked out. The entire staff was amazing, friendly, polite and ready to help in any way, Great breakfast, wonderful fresh selection. Room was updated just as we remembered. Bathroom very clean, modern. Bed comfy, even a cute plastic cover on remote. We had front parking next to our room. Overall we will return again. (We have tried other hotels in same area, this is by far the best. Thank you for making our stay so special.

We had to be moved to another room because none of the lights by the bed was working and they couldn't be fixed until the next day. They didn’t have another room with a king bed available.
The breakfast was OK, we were expecting some healthier options for cereal, bread, etc.
