Booked a King oceanfront and got a Queen instead. My wife wears a cpap and we need the extra room. Very uncomfortable 3 night stay! The bedroom faced the street, not the ocean as promised. So much for watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean in bed as this was the reason we booked this room. We booked this months in advance. We were told at the front desk multiple times that someone would contact us regarding the problem. We were never contacted. The place is dirty and in need of repair. Cigarette burns on the tub, contantly running water in the tub, dishwasher door slams open with a broken spring, floors are tarnished and worn.

Room was very run down making it feel unclean. There were also a number of signs that the room wasn’t deep cleaned. Dirt in corners and hair in the bathroom. But staff was very nice and helpful

We’ve been coming out to the Va. Beach area for over ten years now and have stayed at the Four Sails for ten years. The units are very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for us with plenty of stores nearby. The boardwalk and beach are the best.

Loved our stay. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family vacation and the views were amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. They offer free bike rentals which was a really nice amenity and the indoor pool was very nice. It can get a little loud with the jets flying over, but would definitely stay there again.

Overall Great Stay
Queen bed was comfy and the pullout mattress did great for our 2 young kids. Loved the double balcony and the big jacuzzi tub. 33rd st cafe is convenient and has nice staff and good food. Front desk and staff at hotel are friendly and also allowed us to check in early. Kitchen was basically fully accommodating but someone left old food in the oven. Ice machine didn’t make any ice but we just got some from the big machines in the hallway. Overall Great Stay!

Price not worth it tub was great but place is outdated compared to other hotels for that price. bed extremely uncomfortable,carpet turned our feet black. Parking deck very tight only certain members got special parking places. They cut our room lock key off 40 minutes before checkout got locked out of our room. Hotel is in a great spot for the shopping and eating. But the bed definitely a deal breaker for me expected a better one

room was not as stated,not full kitchen,smallest in resort,balcone over restaurant and exhaust fans tried to change room,mananger said can;t do, full house,was not true,turned and walked away,no hello or goodby, all service people are great and kind, not so for management, manager should be sent back customer service school we have stayed there more then 10 times and had great weeks,but not this time,may not return,thank you

the crew was excellent room clean, and the view was amazing. only thing was the keys to the room did not work and when they reset the key had to wait for 20-30 minutes for them to work. other than that, nothing bad to say. we would go again. the price was good.
