Nasty motel when you walk in it looks like 1991. Old everything bathroom disgusting floors disgusting smells just unbearable. No toilet paper holder for the toilet paper rust in the bathroom sink roaches crawling around old lamps that don't even work holes in the lamp cover hole in the shades for the windows air conditioning barely worked not worth the money they really need to do some Renovations nothing in the room matches

This place has been like living in a #@*!hole. I am in the process of locating a fairly decent refrigerator box so I can live in it behind the foodlion, maybe. At least I will save lots of money due to not having to buy so much roach and rodent repellents. I am also pretty sure that this whole place has a severe bedbug infestestion that is not being properly taken care of by any professionals.

DON'T STAY HERE.

We had a reservation here. Check in was fine, the receptionist was nice. She said she was going to try and give us the best room for the size we reserved. When we went to the room it was absolutely filthy. It would have been okay if the room was just old, but every fabric surface had some sort of stain, and who knows what it was from! The bathroom looked like they had never deep cleaned and the shower was not clean at all. The sheets were dirty (they had mascara on them). When I got new sheets, we went to replace them, and the matress had several huge stains on them! I also noticed on the headboard of the bed had obvious cigarette burns. I couldn't stay in that room. So we went back and told the receptionist. She tried to find a better room for us. Even one with a jacoozi. We checked out the room, and it was the same.

When we told the receptionist that we could not stay in that motel, she arranged for a refund for us. Even though, it wasn't company policy. I appreciate that she did that. It isn't her fault the rooms were disgusting. She was very nice.

I have never seen a hotel room this disgusting in my life. We went to a nearby hotel and got a room there.

It's a very old facility. No updates have been done in a very long time. Not very clean. Staff is difficult to deal with at times.

Let me just say they charge too much for what they have, Don't get me wrong you pay for what you get, But when you pay for a jacuzzi room because you're original room the toilet leaked so they move you for a discount to that one rhen the heat goes off in the whole room and they tell u no room no transfer. Let alone she don't speak English. Worse service ever. Don't go

This motel is the nastiest place I've seen. We didn't have a microwave, the floors were flooded, the TV didn't have sound. No toilet paper. When we went to talk to the owner/manager the told us we had to pay extra for a microwave. They wouldn't move our room. This place needs to be shut down!! ASAP

DON'T DO IT. Sunset Manor Hotel should be condemned. Made the mistake and stayed here for one night because there was literally nothing else. Room smelled like a 100 year old musty basement. Dead flies and bugs in the bed. Dirty and wet towels and wash cloths, dirty linens. Shower and sink have nasty black rings all in them. Trash and dirt all in floor. Obviously has never been cleaned. Stained walls. And not to mention management reserves the right to come into the room anytime. We woke up to our door open. And staff is beyond rude and appeared to be extremely high on something. Just don't do it.

Hodgie owned rip off so out of date. Needs to learn what an exterminator is.
