The closeness to the beach is the only perk to this hotel. The room was small but decent the one we had you can see an ocean view and people on the boardwalk. I had no experience with bed bugs. The breakfast was terrible nothing was heated up. Just frozen waffles and frozen egg omelets. It felt silly waiting in line to microwave the food along with a line if other guests. Other options were breads and oatmeal. Not good breakfast at all the next morning we went out for breakfast lots of options in the area. The elevators were on and off. One worked then it didn't then both then none worked. Heard the fire Marshall had to come and get some one out who was stuck in the elevator. Overall like I said only perk was the distance to thr beach but we will definitely be going to another hotel on the ocean front next time it was not worth the money.

the pic shows what looks like a hot tub they know it looks like a hot tub but they told us at check in NO its a kids pool everyone thinks its a hot tub. False advertising, then times for pool are terrible. Back stair case is scary.

Be aware that a 2 bedroom for 6 guest is a king size bedroom and a living room with a pull out couch.. hotel couldn't fix or accommodate my family after multiple attempts. I won't be staying here ever again. Also be aware of staff walking into your room which also saw in another review.

Book a room with 2 bedroom and 6 guests. A room had a kings size bed and a living room (second bedroom) with a sofa bed.. you tell me how i supposed to fit 6 people.. front desk wasnt able to accommodate us into another room or space.. at check in the key didnt work at the rooms and had to go back to get than to work again.. during our stay the room was quiet and comfortable with a great view.. also we didnt see no bugs . Breakfast is not a continental breakfast.. it could be better but also it does the job..

The standouts were the kindness of the staff, the enjoyment of the Pool, the View from the balcony of the room. What was just okay was the room itself. What needs improvement was the breakfast buffet.

Bathroom 's are very small, only thing that was beautiful was the view from the room. It took 14 minutes for the water to get hot to take a shower, the breakfast is not like it says on FaceBook, no bacon no sausage a rubbery egg with cheese, the yogurt tastes good. I am very very disappointed in this hotel. I walk with a cane and walker and guess what happened the elevator 's shut's down 3or 4 times so I had to walk the steps. This place is not complimentary. Toilet roll hanger came off as I was to get toilet paper. They deffently need major up grades at this hotel. I will never go back our friends next door we was a group found mice poop in their couch even took pictures. NO THANK-YOU . They didn't want to commidate they wanted to split our group up,so we didn't. My boyfriend seen a cockroach on the balcony at night.

Overall the Hotel was okay. One of the elevators was out of service and the shower was low and lacked pressure and lacked hot water. overall the view was amazing from the hotel room, spacious, clean, convenient to shopping and stores and right on the beach. Great location overall and good food restaurants on location with amazing service. Check in was a breeze and the guy at the front desk was professional, helpful, and hospitable. The building needs some updating but overall a good value for the stay.

terrible subway. Didn't have the sub of the month that was advertised on the door and on a large sign inside (was not busy either). Didn't have onions. Only one staff who kept making customers wait to order and took personal cell phone calls (not to mention had obnoxiously loud ring tone). Over charged me on my order (charged for large drink when I had a medium). Wouldn't take Credit Cards!! Also had a lock to get into the bathroom area and then another lock on the actual men's/women's restroom door, and you first had to get your receipt to get the code for the first lock. Not sure how you get through the second locked door... but the women's was ajar so I used that one. This isn't NYC, there is no reason for that. I can't believe how horrible this place is. There is another subway just up the street, go there.
