We are a French family of five, and we are so glad we chose Hilton Greensprings as our base to explore the area!
We stayed in a beautiful, fully equipped apartment that came with plenty of amenities and supplies, making our stay extremely comfortable right from the moment we arrived. I also particularly appreciated the housekeeping service on our third night—it was a wonderful touch!
Our kids absolutely loved it! They had a blast taking full advantage of all the activities available—we especially enjoyed the pool, mini-golf, basketball court, ping-pong, and foosball tables. On top of that, the other guests were extremely friendly, and my children made a lot of new friends!
A special mention goes to the staff: every single person we met was exceptionally kind. We'd particularly like to highlight the warm welcome at the front desk and the amazing lady at the Activity Center, who was wonderful.
We highly recommend this resort and would love to return!

Starting at the gate the help was friendly and helpful. The unit was one of the ones just recently renovated and was in great condition.

The unit that we were given was extremely old and outdated. The carpet smelled moldy the moment that you entered the building. The furniture in my unit was damaged. The kitchen table was warped and the dresser in the bedroom was damaged as well. There was no remote for the tv in the living room and there were no batteries in the tv remote in the guest room.

I've stayed at this resort before several times and the units were always modern and renovated, clean, and well kept. This was a shock to be assigned a unit that simply was not up to par. Disappointing stay.

Great resort overall. Towels were not enough for a 2 bedroom room.
I will recommend more hrs for the cafeteria/ bar in the pool area !!

Great!
Room was very nice and incredibly spacious! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Check in was quick and painless and we appreciated the ability to text concierge with questions.

The resort grounds were beautiful! We loved the pools and the at the cabana were very friendly and helpful.

Room was very loud
We stayed in a 2BR on the bottom floor. All night long we could hear the people above walking around. It was so loud we could not sleep.

If you are to stay here make sure you get a third floor room to ensure you do not suffer as we did listening to people walking around above all night long.

Won’t be returning
The only thing that was good about my stay was the pool. Once we arrived we had issues with our second rooms door lock. They replaced it and it still didn’t work. Nobody offered to move us and the safety of my kids were at risk. They only refund $28 dollars of resort fees but took 5 hours and 3 maintenance men to try to fix a door that couldn’t be fixed. Front desk wasn’t any help either. The beds were not comfortable either. I won’t be back to this resort and I’ll be emailing corporate as well. Big red stain on our floor and they had bags of cleaning products just sitting outside the building all day and nobody picked it up

Our stay was great. I was skeptical after some of the reviews. However the unit was spacious and very clean. Check in and check out as smooth. The amenities are great. Close to everything. Staff was excellent. Checked in with us via text regarding stay. Will definitely return.

It was an awful experience l. They mixed up our reservations with another one. They demanded I call the other person who had my reservations. Conveniently for them it was my sister who has a completely different name.

When I tried to get accommodations they gave me an attitude. When we checked out they checked my sister out and. Not us.

I was very disappointed and confused by how they messed it up and the rudeness was unbearable. They didn’t do one thing they said they would…
