Great location with quick access to the freeway into Seattle. The suite we got was a pull out couch and two queen beds, perfect for my wife and I and our 4 kids! The price was very reasonable as well. Much cheaper than booking 2 seperate rooms. I didn't read the fine print so I wasn't aware parking was extra. This isn't common for hotels out of the city center so I didn't expect it, in my opinion it should be included. It was mentioned when I booked so my bad for not noticing. The hotel was clean and well kept. The pool was fun for the kids and not too busy. The continental breakfast was decent, I did take advantage of the omelet bar which was a nice addition. There is a McDonald's, a Jack in the box and a Starbucks conveniently across the street. I wasn't worried about the car, it felt like a safe area. Overall I would recommend, especially for a bigger family.

This has been our go-to hotel to stay at for years. The rooms are always clean and spacious. The breakfast is one of the main reasons we enjoy staying here so much. We look forward to eating the great variety of breakfast items. The location is perfect. Everything is just easy staying here. We always enjoy ourselves.

We always have a great stay at the embassy suites. Breakfast is filling with plenty of selections and the evening reception is a nice touch.

I have always been a fan of embassy suites when it comes to getting the most for your money when traveling with kids and don’t have lots to spend . I checked in with 5 kids and me for my nieces 13th birthday and they were so welcoming ( even gave her a little goodie bag with chips, chocolate and bottled waters ). They allowed us early check in at noon instead of 4 and late check out at noon instead of 11 ! The kids are allowed to swim there u til 10pm and as early as 7am . At 10 they very courteously come in and ask anyone under 18 to get out so that adults can have two hours without splashing and hollering . I appreciated that when the kids asked if they could please have just five more minutes the lady smiled and agreed to give them five more minutes . The breakfast buffet and the evening snacks made this birthday for a very limited income auntie something I could do that was so fun and will be doing this every year for all my past foster kids and nieces ! It’s way cheaper than hosting an actual party and you don’t have to get your house all ready and do all the work involved ! We will be back and back ! Oh ya and their beds are bananas sooooo comfy!

I’ve stayed here more than 10 times. Starbucks 1 minute away, dispensary 1 minute away, freeway 1 minute away
You cannot top this location. Groceries nearby and super safe felt by the LDS temple nearby. Just checked in and the main floor smells and looks undeniably clean.
I love their hot tub and pool as well.
Rooms are clean and spacious and some have balconies. The choice is yours but you should definitely stay here.

The good: clean rooms, but dated carpets and mattresses. Comfortable sleep though. Pool area was good for kids and had lots off seating around the outside for spectators. Managers special in evenings with snacks and a free drink was awesome! Free buffet breakfast was ok...glad it was free though because it's not at the quality I would pay extra for. Had a decent stay.
The challenges: stayed NYE, it was extremely noisy all night, but given the night I wasn't upset at all about it. An employee that spoke very broken English came around room to room at 9:30 am knocking on doors asking what time we would be checking out was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I'm not sure why that was necessary, I've stayed at many Embassy Suites hotels and this is the first time I've ever had an employee do this. The only GREAT thing about breakfast was the omelette station. Everything else was below average, but it was nice that it was free and they had many hot items.
Overall, it was a good stay. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay at the downtown Seattle location or the Lynnwood location before I would stay at this one again.

The location was good, the surrounding area was safe, and the breakfast was great.

Very satisfied with this suite hotel. The room was impeccable, and the hotel's high-ceiling design was unique and I loved it. The breakfast was quite poor. The location is also good, in the Eastgate area of Bellevue. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to nearby shopping malls, parks, etc.

The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom like a one-bedroom apartment, and perhaps because I was tired from traveling, I slept soundly. My room faced the parking lot, but I wasn't bothered by any outside noise.
Seattle is about a 20-minute drive away, so if you can rent a car, it's a very convenient location. Uber is also available in this area.
There was also a 7-Eleven and Starbucks nearby.
The price was a little high, but it's a place I'd definitely like to stay again.

The room and service are all very good. The only problem is the breakfast is not good, with too few varieties.

A number of people I know have gotten food poisoning from chicken sandwiches. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely love J. I. T. B. Curly fries, bacon buttery jack, and customizable drinks. What's not to love?

Raw chicken in my sourdough grill chicken sandwich today. Got it on my thirty minute lunch break, so I couldn't take it back. I work graveyard and the only other places are 7 eleven or the grocery store. This location according to friends, is consistently not done well. The curly fries were perfect and the other chicken sandwich had to be warmed up. I don't get fast food just to have to cook it myself. Raw chicken is nothing to play with. Simolila! Hello!

Could I make a small suggestion? I think that hiring someone to work the counter and take orders who doesn't sound like he's got his mouth full of cotton balls may be a thing to consider. This home skillet talks about as loud as a mouse in church and can't pronounce a word at that.
05.06.2017 Natalie
It may be better during the day, but late night I have had horrible waiting times where there will be only four or five cars before me and yet I waited over 45 minutes after ordering to finally pay for and receive my order. And the people's orders in front of me were only one bag of food so nothing extraordinary in my thinking to create such a back up. No explanation was given for the delay (i.e. short on staff, tech problem/machines down, etc.) nor any notice when I ordered as to the fact there would be a prolonged wait. I made a mental note not to have a midnight run at this branch anymore for that reason.

This McDonald's is always SUPER slow. The cashier didn't seem to know what he was doing and seemed rude to the customer behind me. The food was okay but my wife pulled the sausage patty off her sandwich because it was cold and dry.

Standard Mcdonalds. The interior is fairly modern and updated. Only complaint is that the people taking your order sometimes don't understand what you say.
04.12.2017 Anthony
Worst service ever! Messed up on simple order. Could not go back as went through drive thru. Then when called to speak to manager, was hung up on 2 times. Writing to corporate. I don't think it will do at good since all are franchised out. Guess that's what to expect when up in the crossroads area. Sad really.
08.11.2017 Buckeye
Slow service, bad customer service, loose tables! This McDonalds is on the opposite spectrum of ideal. The manager was a total jerk to me when I asked them how to receive one of their online promos. She then continued by walking away from me without solving the problem! Managing 101, even if you can't give the customer what they want, you tell them why and come up with a solution. Never going here again, and neither should you. Driving the extra 5 minutes to a different McDonalds is in your best interest!

Great food, awesome service. Kinda run down and a little stinky but the food is great!

I love this place - the staff is quick, service with a smile and the food is always ready and delicious. I like the shrimp and pancakes but I am still eating my way thru the menu. Deliver to residential and commercial, open all the time.

Tried the food here at a team lunch. The vegetable Chow Mein was delicious. They can do better if the decor and space is upgraded - they are dated and old for sure!

Sometimes we crave for Taiwanese food, and we would come here. A so-so place, I'd say
