Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Redmond

This is the second time that I've stayed here. Last year was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when there was a problem. This time was very different. There wasn't hot water for 3 days, and when I went in to ask about it, someone came out looking mad as hell and, very rudely, told me that she was working on it and walked away. I was planning on complaining to the manager regarding it, but then I learned she was the manager. I also witnessed an argument between an older woman and someone in a car. I was about to go down to make sure she was alright, but then the car left, and the lady walked away very upset. Later, I found out it was the manager. Everyone else that I interacted with in the office was super friendly and helpful, but with what I witnessed from management, I will go somewhere else next year.
