It’s a clean hotel in a good location, but it’s quite noisy. Make sure your room isn’t facing the highway — it’s almost impossible to sleep if it is.

The location is bad, the hotel is hard to find, transportation is inconvenient, the room rate is high, the service is poor, the breakfast is not good. The hotel refuses to provide taxi service. In short, this hotel does not meet the star standard.

We have stayed in room 311 for more than one week ，prepay every reservation ．it’s so surprise me when the hotel manager sends a house keeping worker come into our room to have a ＂safety ＂ check to see if there’s anything damaged or not ！Not good at manners ！And it’s only 9 in the morning before the regular check out time ！ It happened just they received my new reservations for our extended stay．it is the most ridiculous thing in our hotel experience ．

The room was clean and hygienic. Although it was not cleaned every day, you could send the dirty towels to the front desk every day and they would be replaced at any time. The hotel provided pots and shovels, as well as coffee pots in time. You had to take care of everything yourself. The service was warm and the room was clean. The breakfast was too simple. In addition to two pieces of cake, the rest was coffee, hot chocolate and tea. It was not breakfast at all. In general, it was clean, the service attitude was good, and it was quiet. Shopping and eating were relatively good. I would patronize it again if I had the chance.

Similar to a hotel apartment, the room has an induction cooker and a microwave. You can borrow kitchenware from the front desk to cook in the room. There is also a Target nearby where you can buy things. And you don’t need to worry about safety issues in Bellevue. You can walk back to the hotel after dinner nearby at night.

A very unpleasant hotel, I am a senior citizen and have sleeping problems, the hotel manager named Lisa refused to change my room for 4 consecutive days, they arranged a room for me less than 50 meters from the 405 freeway, I don't know why she is so ** and inhumane...
Seriously not recommended!

No one cleans the rooms in this hotel, it's basically not a hotel, the curtains don't block out the light, the air conditioner is extremely loud, and the location makes it really noisy. If it weren't for the convenience of parking, I'd really just forget it.

There's kitchen in the room but there was no kitcheware provided and not enough so we didnt get one when we asked for. For the cleaness, we found 2 botton caps on the floor.

It's close to the highway and the noise is loud. But the hotel is clean and the breakfast is simple, with only cakes, yogurt and instant oatmeal

Drinks and dinner were good but being with my honey made it perfect

Got here at 8:35pm with two customers at the bar only - took the guy 5 minutes to come give us a menu and another 5 minutes to bring us water. I get that you're all buddies but serve your other customers. Once I put my coat on and got ready to leave the guy came over and started being more attentive. Do not go here for good customer service unless you're buddies with the servers.
