Extended Stay America Suites Seattle Bellevue Factoria in Bellevue

In all of the years ive stayed here its been super chill... ive been coming here for over 10 years and never in my life have I experienced people needing to come in and out DURING YOUR STAY! If you need to check my room while Im IN IT do not sell me the room! Ive had rooms where the toilets flood, where there is no AC, cops busting down doors of other tenants and never have i complained but yet you want to check, walk in or completely open my door while im in it!? Two times in one stay and one completely uncalled for! I can honestly say this will be the last time I ever spend money here again.

I am currently staying in the hotel. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smells terrible. There is black mold on the walls and ceilings. The toilet has been running all night even after I asked them to fix it. There was someone else’s waste in the toilet when I got there. The shower does not drain and is clogged with hair. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and itchy. A picture fell off the wall because the installer did not bother to secure the anchors and the picture hit one of my children. I can’t believe businesses are allowed to operate with these types of conditions. So disappointing.

Avoid this hotel.
I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke.

The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere

Mario the clerk who checks you in seems like a nice guy but this hotel has been a miserable experience.

Our office carefully made reservations but when we arrived, they didn’t have the rooms available. To be clear, we needed one room with 2 beds for 2 employees to share the room. They no longer had that room but would gladly permit us to simply get another room… their solution.

The next month we made sure no errors were made on our end, documented everything, and guess what… they gave away one of our rooms again!

The challenge they have is few rooms at their hotel have 2 beds. You may think you are reserving this room but they do not appear to have the ability to reserve the room. Fine and unfortunate, I would not give a negative review over human error, but it happened 2 times in a row, and I asked if they could simply give us an additional room since it was clearly their error. We waited others checked in in front of us. I asked if he could contact his manager and he said he tried and there is nothing more he can do.

I asked if I could speak to his manager and he said he had the right to deny me service and kicked me out!

This is why I am leaving this negative review, the first time I have ever left a negative review. Ironically all I need is for them to show they care and assure us the mistake would not happen again.

It would have been a minimal cost to provide an extra room as they could see the error was theirs. I await their response but will need to find another place to sleep tonight

The room smelled very bad, the breakfast was extremely confusing, the air conditioner was too noisy, there was no service, and it was dirty and messy.
