-This property has monthly pest services set up but in the PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
-This unit has a medium size water tank. For larger groups you might want to space out your showers depending on the length and the number of people you have in your group.

A copy of our rental agreement will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn't signed by the time of check-in, we can't check you in.
*Third party reservations aren't allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can't be transferred, or name changed after the reservation is booked.
*All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score)
