The hotel is beautiful and in an exceptional location. One drawback we found is that to connect to the free Wi-Fi, you have to become a Marriott Bonvoy member; otherwise, you have to pay approximately $12 a day. The hotel breakfast costs $29.90 + tax, which is too high a price in our opinion.

Very friendly staff at the hotel, always want to help. The location is quite central, closed to downtown and Pier. The only issue is quite close to main Street a little noisy.

It was a great choice for my recent business. The hotel itself is fantastic - everything from the service to the amenities was great. Also it was incredibly convenient to be near tourist spots, allowing me to easily explore after my work commitments. Finding a fantastic restaurant in walking distance was never an issue. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely friendly. I requested hot water, and they even brought it to my room in a teapot, and it was delivered very quickly. On the day we arrived in Seattle, they allowed us to check in early, which was a great help. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle. I stayed here for four days while my wife had surgery at Swedish Hospital two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything you could need or want. The front desk staff and room service ladies were very friendly, polite, and willing to help you with anything. An IHOP restaurant was right behind the hotel. The hotel also had secure, gated parking. I would stay here again.

Tried to get an upgraded room in advance as I was proposing there the said I’d get the best room they had, which ended up not happening and I just got the room I paid for.
