They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft...
We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much
Everyone was so friendly but your concierge Ted was amazing
The room is large and spacious, with good lighting on the high floor, and you can clearly see the nearby street view and the seaside. The bed is large and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The location is close to the attractions, convenient for walking, and the monorail is only a three-minute walk away, which is suitable for travelers who do not drive.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the light rail and monorail stations, and is very convenient to the airport and the Space Needle. The hotel facilities are average, but the beds are comfortable. All the hotel staff are very friendly. Because the hotel is on the roadside, it is relatively not so quiet. But the location and service are worth choosing.
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after...

Very nice, clean rooms. Good service
Beautiful view from the room, comfortable stay.
The hotel is beautiful and in an exceptional location. One drawback we found is that to connect to the free Wi-Fi, you have to become a Marriott Bonvoy member; otherwise, you have to pay approximately $12 a day. The hotel breakfast costs $29.90 + tax, which is too high a price in our opinion.
Very friendly staff at the hotel, always want to help. The location is quite central, closed to downtown and Pier. The only issue is quite close to main Street a little noisy.
The room was comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were warm and enthusiastic. It's a great place for a vacation and highly recommended. I've already told my friends about it! Absolutely fantastic!

Beautiful and clean. Diamond at front desk check in was kind, patient, and gave us all of the information we needed for a perfect stay. They gifted us with two passes for the Ferris Wheel on the wharf, ensured we were offered a cold bottle of water on check in, were offered a daily $14 food credit and had fresh fruit water in the lobby. Huge plus that they have red light therapy in the workout facility...
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Whitney Brown, General manager at the W Seattle. I was Fortunate enough to stay on Valentine’s Day, I received special accommodations for an issue that I experienced on a previous stay. I tried to resolve the issue a few times prior to Whitney getting involved. When I tell you from the moment that she took the issue on, she was attentive, diligent, apologetic...
The W Seattle is amazing 😍 The staff are outstanding. Friendly, happy, and considerate. We went to the Bar and Restaurant, The Living Room. Food and drinks are amazing. They're very generous with the cocktails. Our view from our suite the Jackson suite (not Michael Jackson) is of the city with Mt. Rainier in the background. Also, the murals are beautiful 😍❤️ They depict the beauty of African Americans...
I’m staying at the W hotel in Seattle & was here for my friends birthday. I’ve had amazing service during my stay. I spoke with a woman named Angela who was working the from desk. Me & my friends had called pretty late in search for some champagne & Angela sent us a complementary bottle. She was beyond a sweetheart. I really enjoy this hotel & would absolutely come back
The room is quite big, but the air conditioner is a bit loud. The quilt in our room has a smell. I guess it's too humid near the sea. I originally booked a room with a view, but they are all in the building. I guess we arrived too late and there were no rooms. I was a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is really good. It's very close to Pike Place Market, Space Needle and boat rides...

Nice place to stay in Seattle downtown.
We had such a great stay last week that we decided to extend our stay for three more nights this week. Everything from the service to the room amenities was satisfactory.
Good hotel, feel safe and walkable to landmark
It was a nice room with a pretty view very modern and comfy
It was okay, nothing special. The location is good and convenient for getting around, with plenty of shops nearby. It's a recommended choice for tourists due to the easy transportation. The hotel is relatively new, but the facilities are just average.
I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days during my Seattle trip. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located for sightseeing, though walking uphill to some attractions can be a bit tiring. It was great to have water available in the lobby downstairs.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience. The valet team welcomed us warmly and set the tone right away, and the front desk staff continued that level of professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for, not just checked in. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning—one of...
Great hotel in a good location with a nice view over the water.
The staff were friendly and helpful but not worth the money tbh. The valets were great despite the construction going on out front. The rooms are a bit tired and in need of a deep clean, there is no real duvet covers just two sheets sandwiching a blanket and there was no sugar left for coffee this morning even though you pay for it. We did mobile check in but the app doesn’t work for the front door...
Every was decent for work and business staying.
The hotel is located oceanfront on Alaskan Way, directly fronting the pier, shops, and restaurants. ATMOSPHERE: The low rise building of 8-stories has a very modern interior, with lots of stone in earthy tones, modern fixtures and colorful art pieces. It's not a bustling hotel by any means. It has the feel of a quiet hotel on San Francisco's Fishermans Wharf. You can hear seagulls and smell the pier...
The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Museum of Pop Culture, Pike Place Market, and downtown shopping. Well located in downtown Seattle, with Pike Place Market and the Amazon Spheres within walking distance. The staff are professional, though the overall atmosphere feels quite business-oriented—perhaps more suited for business travelers. The amenities are slightly dated; features like centralized lighting control would be a welcome improvement, as having to operate each light individually can be inconvenient
Great location, and the room facilities are quite new. The front desk staff allowed me to check in early, which was a great service.
The location is super convenient, right in the city center, which makes finding food and getting around by taxi incredibly easy. Overall, it's decent, but the service felt pretty average, nothing really stood out.
Great location, within walking distance to Amazon. It's very convenient to get to various attractions downtown, and it's only an 8-minute walk to the Amazon Spheres. In the following days, I walked to the Spheres, but unfortunately, the Mexican restaurant downstairs was closed. Many areas inside Amazon are for offices, so it's very quiet. Parking is available; we parked at Amazon on the weekend for...
Always my top pick when travelling to Seattle. Room is clean and location is convenient. The kids especially like the pizza vendering machine locating near the parkade elevator waiting area.
Wonderful hotel. The only sadness being that I was only there for one night and arrived late at night. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I ate at the downstairs bar which has a fairly limited menu but was quite good pizza. Overall, it was very good value for the price and would definitely stay again.

I was having a tough time deciding where to stay for a 2 night mini vacation. Seattle has so many great hotels! I really enjoyed our stay at Astra. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to great places...
First time staying at Astra, and there were some great things to like. The rooms were very clean with maid service each day. Floors were tile/vinyl so very clean. Breakfast was on the better side of good (equivalent to Courtyard) but lacking in variety and good table service. The room had a refrigerator, safe and refrigerator, but no microwave. Also no iron?! They had a steamer which did not work as...
Pros: 1) Great view of the Space Needle 2) Close to the Climate Pledge Arena 3) Beautiful hotel Cons: where to start? 1) the rooms are TINY including the bathroom. I’ve seen bigger toilet spaces on a plane. The toilet is very similar to an airplane toilet. 2) we went to happy hour at Otium at 5:30. There were 2 tables including us. Our server couldn’t be bothered to take care of us. We waited 10 mins...
Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time! The price was very reasonable, especially for the area, which is only a mile away from Pike's Place and the Aquarium (walking distance if the weather is nice). The room was surprisingly nice, with motorized curtains (sheer & black-out), tons of outlets for charging, and a smart TV that you can use Chromecast on. It says you're also supposed to be able...

This is the second time from my business trip. It’s not as good as my first visit as I ring and wait for 1 hour to get phone replied. I paid $300 for the worst room at this price. ❌not king size: not even enough space to put a couch as shown in the advertised photos ❌sky view: half of the view was blocked by 2 big pillars. Great, the food was good, and the location was excellent. There's a $15 daily credit that can be used for snacks, water, etc. The restaurant prices are reasonable, and the gym is well-equipped.
I'm not sure why this hotel has such low ratings; I actually think it's a really great place. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely stay here again 👍 The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and it was incredibly quiet. Overall, it felt very comfortable and cozy. My two daughters and a friend who is on a working holiday in Canada stayed here as a group of four. It was very convenient for getting to the metro station, Pike Place, etc. There were two beds, but they were queen size, so it was fine for four girls. They also offered welcome drinks throughout the day, which was great. We enjoyed delicious coffee in the morning and fruit water in the afternoon.
I stay in this hotel for 3 days 2 night from 24-26 September . When I check out , the staff told me everything was good . However I check my statement and I was debited usd 57.86 on 27 September Would like to know the actual reason why my account was debited without informing me Still waiting for the reason at this very moment
Excellent location. Near Pike's market.
It was a great choice for my recent business. The hotel itself is fantastic - everything from the service to the amenities was great. Also it was incredibly convenient to be near tourist spots, allowing me to easily explore after my work commitments. Finding a fantastic restaurant in walking distance was never an issue. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!
The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely friendly. I requested hot water, and they even brought it to my room in a teapot, and it was delivered very quickly. On the day we arrived in Seattle, they allowed us to check in early, which was a great help. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle. Gorgeous hotel! Kind staff. Good location. Gym was perfect (yea for a Peloton—two Pelotons!). We were in a suite—very spacious with a nice sitting area. Not a rinky dink couch—a solid, comfortable one. Lobby and attached restaurant were wonderful. Great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
The staff is amazing! Kind, helpful, and fun. Also bilingual! The room was fine, but it’s the little things that matter, right? The shower was wonderful! Beautiful tile, smooth sliding glass door, cool textured floor, and TWO adjustable shower heads. Loved the wall-mounted make-up mirror, too. I miss the funky decor of the old Hotel Monaco, but these are the details that will bring me back.
The hotel was pet friendly and extremely kind to us. The design is so aesthetic and we loved our room and the staff.

If you want to save money, make sure to book 2-3 months in advance. The only problem is that the heater/AC is a bit noisy.
This is a good solid hotel with a good reputation. Rooms were spacious and classically decorated. Bed was comfortable. Daily room servicing was performed professionally to a high standard. I stayed three nights, but the room wasn't cleaned. I only received replacement towels after calling the front desk on my last day. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Pike Place Market.
Well. I probably won’t stay here again. The bed is comfy. The shower water pressure decent. The room is clean. It was already 8-9pm when I arrived, but the service staff still checked me in very quickly. The room and bathroom are well-equipped and spacious, the bed is very comfortable and very quiet.
A great hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The compact rooms do not have a place to work, or to sit and relax, other than the bed. Although there are comfy seats in the lobby.
This 3.5-star hotel, renovated from a nearly century-old building, lacks a pool and is small. The prices are a bit high, but I'd consider the Grand Hyatt across the street next time. After the renovation, it's quite clean and modern. It's conveniently located near the Light Rail, the fish market, and a supermarket. Din Tai Fung and Haidilao are across the street.
