We had a wonderful time here! So much to do for kids and the two bedroom suites are perfect. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the room?! Literally the best hotel I’ve stayed at in such a long time.
Great hotel, clean property. Enjoyed the amenities
The rooms were very clean n well maintained. However, the room was only clean after 7days. Although they did stock up towels and other amenities. It might be better if the rooms could be clean every 4 days. The gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and basketball court were wonderful. The kitchen set up was very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wholefood supermarket is just 5mins away. Will...
Very happy and enthusiastic staff Convenient location, parking lot available!
The room was upgraded to a three-bedroom unit. The location is very good, with coffee shops and a whole food supermarket nearby, just a 10-minute walk away.

Clean room, staff was great. Air would not turn off, very chilly as was only 40 degreeescoutside. They sent soneone and was fixed right away. Also a bit of a chill coming off the window. Property was in great location, well maintained. Staff was always helpful and cherful. .
Amazing and attentive staff from the valet, to front desk! Perfect location for Seattle downtown stays!
Very pleasant experience! We were able to check in even though we arrived early, and checking out was very smooth as well. The room was clean and location was perfect.
The location is good, only 200 to 300 meters from the train station and subway station, very convenient. There is a tea restaurant with warm service and a sense of security around the entrance
Large guest room with nice , functional & high quality furnitures . High quality window covering. Bright lighting. Bright & clean bathroom. Very friendly & polite front desk officers ( 4 of them ).
The room is cold. Even if you set the heating to the highest setting, you won't be able to sleep unless you wear warm clothes.

Great location by Lake Union with stunning views. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient access to downtown. Comfortable stay for business or leisure. Highly recommended in Seattle!
About 3 kilometers from downtown
The location is good. Nothing bad about the other things. A bottle of water is $5.
By the lake, great hotel. 20 min walk from Pike place
First time staying here. It was great. Liked the bar and restaurant. Friendly staff all around. Location looks into the water.
Everything was good. Location is great, just in front of Lake Union. You need just a 20 mins walk to get to the Space Needle. Room is clean and very comfortable, but not huge.

Although it's an older hotel, the staff were friendly and well-maintained, so I had no problems staying there for two days. It was also nice that they called a taxi for me after check-out.
Best location for staying in down town Seattle
The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and offers coffee and tea in the lobby all day. There's also a Starbucks on the first floor. It's less than a 10-minute bus ride from the city center, and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby.
Older very nice hotel but I prefer to stay at a hotel with a restaurant/bar on the premises.
Very satisfied with the location
Great hotel in a walkable, convenient location. Easy front desk check in, with secure garage parking for a fee. Room had small mini- fridge, microwave, kettle. Bathroom has lots of shelving to place items. Didn't have to wait long for hot water in the sink or showers. Very clean. Rooftop terrace has amazing view of sunset.

The location is convenient, the hotel is relatively new, and the service is good, but the soundproofing is poor. I woke up very early in the morning to find children running around upstairs. The kitchen and dining table are compactly designed.
Everything is great here except parking fee is ridiculous $22 a night for parking that should be free parking for guests Hate this about the hotel
Family of 5. Was perfect size for us. Hotel room was clean & staff were very friendly. I would say more options for breakfast would be nice.
Very very clean and modern, staff were friendly. My only 2 concern were: 1. Pay parking, even though it's in the middle of nowhere with plenty vacant land and neighbouring hotels had free parking. 2. The swimming pool doesnt appear to be heated?, water was quite cold for the kids.
I really appreciated the front desk gal when checking in. She was so accommodating when she mentioned the room I was assigned and I stated the shower in the room was horrible. She fixed me right up with a new room! Love her!!
Everywhere is clean and staff are helpful abd friendly. Always a pleasure to stay here and will stay again in the future.

Stayed in town for business. Staff was curteous. Room was extremely clean and elevators were very quiet (I had a room next to one and had zero issue). Will be staying here again
Nice place to stay with a scenic view of lake union. Has all the amenities including gym. Rooms are spacious and gives you a sense of luxury. Breakfast buffet included with the stay is reasonably good.
Nice hotel with views of lake Union. At end of streetcar line. Free shuttle to tourist destinations. Free parking, free breakfast that has nice selection and great room with views. Staff very helpful.
Great chain of hotels in the Seattle Portland area. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Free parking, WiFi & hot breakfast. Every floor had a guest laundromat. Rooms were large and more roomy than other hotels I’ve been to. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area!
Nice rooms. Very clean. Beds and pillows are too hard for my taste. Nice staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. Close to lots of great shops.
Our stay was very nice and uneventful. Parking was a non-issue thanks to their private entrances. Breakfast is great and worth waking up in the early morning to some eggs, sausage, and waffles. Silver Cloud's staff was also helpful in giving good recommendations for lunch locations and helping with simple things like fixing our demagnetized card and changing a few linens. All in all, this was a stress...

I went to this hotel while getting plastic surgery and I will tell you what a wonderful surprise this place is. First I want to say so clean I asked for a quiet room and I got that too! We stayed two nights. The bed was Amazing!! So comfortable think both my husband and I Loved it! We have a very expensive bed at home handmade bed from California but this bed. This was the first time my wife and I were visiting Seattle and we stayed at this hotel. We arrived from The Bahamas in the wee hours of the morning and were promptly checked in by front desk staff (whom I had prior informed about our very late arrival). We went to our room and my wife normally starts cleaning and arranging the room the way she likes to see things (yes, even this late/early), but this...
We had a great 4 day stay. The staff were all extremely welcoming, rooms spotless, comfy beds and walking distance to the 88 stores in University Village.
This was a lovely hotel in a central part of town, convenient to everything we wanted to see. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were great! We will definitely return next time we’re in Seattle.
Conveniently located in the University District. Very clean, and quiet. Many people have commented on the bfast not being very good, but I found it more than adequate with plenty of options. Staff were very accommodating. Would stay here again if in the City.
We were visiting Seattle for the first time. We were coming into town to watch a football game at Husky Stadium. We had friends recommend staying at Silver Cloud. It was perfect for what we needed. It was good. The only thing was people talking on the speaker phone on the hall way in the middle of the night. Not the hotel’s fault.
Nice rooms, great location right at Seattle Center. MoPop and the space needle are literally right across the street; the photo I am attaching was taken from the window in my room. Perfect for events at Climate Pledge Arena. I go to Seattle a couple of times a year and I don’t usually drive. The room was in good condition and the staff were courteous. However, there were some hiccups regarding parking. The first option ($20/night) we opted for at their Hyatt location a few blocks over did not work with the key card provided at check in. Great stay overall, slightly old hotel vibes but very well maintained
Location was great, place was clean. Our originally booked room was not available at check in but staff provided complimentary breakfast to make up for the mix-up. Will book again if staying downtown.
Nice, clean and convenient. A little bit noisy due to the air conditioner
Staff members are very friendly, and the location was great. Room was clean and nice too.
A decent value-for-money option in downtown Seattle. The breakfast selection is limited, but it's enough to fill you up – just don't compare it to hotels back home. The room was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the facilities were perfectly fine.
The room was big and clean, and the area felt really safe. I could walk to most places, and public transportation was convenient. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so they recommended a partner parking garage. the hotel's locations is great, walking distance from most attractions and places to hangout to, even to nearby public transport stations. room is spacious and clean and comfortable. the only thing is the elevator is slow but everything else is good
I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!
The transportation is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the subway entrance, and the bed is wide enough for one person to lie down freely.
The check-in process was a breeze! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. And the location is great - it’s super walkable to many of the Seattle attractions.
This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that. The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though. I would stay here again.

Rooms were okay but bathroom / sink / microwave area is crowded. Breakfast was a $5 grab-and-go bag with nothing good except an orange and very small yogurt container, shower curtain was falling down, toilet looked like it was going to overflow, elevator was barely serviceable. Clearly an old motel that was remodeled into a modern "hotel", all the rooms are located along the ouside.
The air conditioner is a bit loud, but otherwise it's worth the price, equivalent to the Jinjiang Star in China! If you have to compare it with a star hotel, you will be disappointed.
A safer and cleaner establishment comparing to other hotel/motel in the area.
Very good, I will continue to stay next time
The house is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service is good, and there is free parking.

Rooms were clean, equipment in gym was in good condition, good vibe, plenty of on street parking on the weekend (a little more difficult on the weekday).
Over and above -service that’s hard to find I cannot praise the staff enough! They brought extra blankets and an extra chair so my husband and I could sit in the room. They were responsive to requests . When my husband was having discomfort walking they found a cane someone had left to loan him. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return myself.
The receptionist at the hotel was very patient. Detailed introduction. The lobby space and atmosphere are good. The indoor space is a bit cramped. But the bathroom area is OK.
Very cool lobby with fun games decor . Rooms tiny without any simple amenities like water or coffee. Coffee pump pots in lobby empty. Says pet friendly but not so much also charged 50$ for puppy Staff young and nice enough but kind of lazy. Mixed review.

Building is filled with history, and is a quaint hotel with alot of charm. The layout is a bit unusual, having a second floor entrance/lobby and a first floor keyed entrance and restaurant. But overall it works because of the historical theme. This place is quiet and not terribly crowded, and would be best for couples looking to add a little adventure to there Seattle stay. Enjoyed thoroughly.
The Artic Club has a style that is authentic and unique, usually unseen in hotels with corporate values. I've stayed there several times and enjoy the unique room layouts. Generous and stylish. Changes are in place to support digital keys, which would help, since hauling bags up the steps on Cherry is not really fun. I am a fan of the Polar Bar.
The Ambiance of the north room was amazing! The lounge downstairs also had a great feel to it. However, the bartending staff was kind of inconsistent. One bartender didn't know if it was an open bar or not for the function we went to, and one never came back with the waters we ordered. Overall the rest of the staff was very nice and professional. It would be a nice place for a social function.
Amazing hotel! Classic early twentieth century hotel beautifully restored in 2008 with care. The Hotel has a large ballroom with classic styling. The main lobby is welcoming and warm with dark wood and leather accents. The staff are professional. When I arrived they knew that I like high floors and put me in a room on the top.floor. We stayed at The Arctic Club since it was a block away from my company's Christmas party. It made for a wonderful weekend downtown. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel facilities were nice and clean. The hotel also has excellent security. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the University of Washington area.
Convenient transportation, good sanitary conditions, friendly front desk and pick up express delivery, full breakfast, high cost performance
The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you’d expect. The staff were friendly and responsive. The gym is large and was never crowded. The breakfast is decent too. The only drawback might be the location. There are often more unhoused folks nearby and can be somewhat loud depending on which street you face. But it is well situated near restaurants and transportation.
