Stayed here for 3 months.
Had a really great time staying at Level Seattle: the staff was wonderful, (special shout to Joreen and Andy who always went over and above and were consumate professionals!)
The amenities were great, the pool at the top has insane views, rock climbing, fully stocked gym, what more could you want? Lol.
Super conveniently located, you can get a bus to downtown, capital hill...
Beware when booking through a third party. There is a $38 extra fee, and then they hold an extra $250. A parking spot is roughly $58 per day, another thing I wasn't told about by the third party.
The rooms are spacious, but the ceiling had cracks and the bathroom door was not opening all the way. The door was hitting the flooring.
Customer service was good, but missed a few important pieces of information...
Exceptional Stay at Level Seattle – South Lake Union
I had an outstanding experience at Level Seattle – South Lake Union. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and seamless.
The gym is absolutely amazing—easily one of the best-equipped and most impressive...
We had a wonderful time here! So much to do for kids and the two bedroom suites are perfect. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the room?! Literally the best hotel I’ve stayed at in such a long time.
I stayed at Level Seattle a few weeks ago as part of a large group of friends traveling in for a football game, and the experience was exceptional. Coordinating a busy weekend with a bigger group can be challenging, but the hotel made it feel effortless — especially thanks to the outstanding concierge service.
Alex, the concierge, was absolutely amazing. He was welcoming, organized, and incredibly...
We are two adults and a 9-year-old boy, staying here for a stay-and-play hockey tournament. I’m not a big fan of this business model, as it adds extra costs for hockey parents. The hotel is downtown, but the arena is 20 minutes at least, depending on traffit north on the highway. From my perspective, this setup feels driven more by business profit than by convenience for families attending the tournament...

Great view of Downtown Seattle with Lumen Field in background. Big room with separate desk and couch
Extremely welcoming staff! Was there for the playoffs and Raul at the front desk was “energizing”. Clean and warm when you walk in, greeted with huge smile and conversation immediately by Raul who was engaging and gave advice where to eat, temperature outside, how to get around. It was wonderful. Room very clean, blackout curtains, and very quiet despite being right on 2nd street. Free coffee, small...
Perfect hotel for our quick stay in Seattle! Walking distance to Pikes Market and so many restaurants to choose from in the area! It was also very close to the Amtrak King St train station so we could easily walk there to catch our train. Plus we arrived on an earlier flight and only expected to drop our bags until we could check in, but the staff were amazing and got in into our room early. They had...
Clean room, staff was great. Air would not turn off, very chilly as was only 40 degreeescoutside. They sent soneone and was fixed right away. Also a bit of a chill coming off the window.
Property was in great location, well maintained. Staff was always helpful and cherful.
.
Amazing and attentive staff from the valet, to front desk! Perfect location for Seattle downtown stays!
Very pleasant experience! We were able to check in even though we arrived early, and checking out was very smooth as well. The room was clean and location was perfect.

Hotel was so nice good services near some nice spot easy to park the car in the hotel
The facility and room is a bit old but overall okay stay
Very satisfied with the location in downtown.
I will use it again next time, and thank you for taking care of some additional requests right away.
I recommend it to others.
Loved this hotel! If I ever end back up in Seattle I will be staying here again! Front desk was very accommodating! Made a call about our toilet not flushing and it was fixed within minutes, called about needing more towels and more came within seconds! Front desk staff was very helpful! I called for a cab for early morning flight and thanks to them it came within minutes. Restaurant in the hotel is...
The hotel looks a bit old from the inside, some renovation would make it perfect. People working there are very nice and helpful, I had some trouble with payment and invoice, everything was solved in a friendly manner. The manager was very helpful with my invoice problem, I am really impressed with the level of service here :)
Also great location and view from my room.
This Hotel is very dated and need to be renovated. The room we had was on the 8th floor and the bathroom was very small and had a hole in the ceiling where I think a sprinkler system would go. Even though the hotel was old the room was very clean and the front desk people were very polite. We arrived about 2hrs early and was allowed to go to our room. The hotel is in the middle of everything we caught...

This hotel and the staff are wonderful. I have stayed here many times because the hotel staff and amenities are great. Will come again.
How can I start this? Erica the person who checked me in was so kind and gave me a call to my room to let me know about some things I had questions about; she was always professional and friendly. Their front desk manager was also amazing and helpful. At checkout Dominic was amazing too and also help me with some questions I had. Great location by Lake Union with stunning views. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient access to downtown. Comfortable stay for business or leisure. Highly recommended in Seattle!

Always an amazing stay. My new favorite stay in Seattle!!
Although it's an older hotel, the staff were friendly and well-maintained, so I had no problems staying there for two days. It was also nice that they called a taxi for me after check-out.
Best location for staying in down town Seattle
The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and offers coffee and tea in the lobby all day. There's also a Starbucks on the first floor. It's less than a 10-minute bus ride from the city center, and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby.
Older very nice hotel but I prefer to stay at a hotel with a restaurant/bar on the premises.

Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, comfortable hotel overall. Pool is busy but what hotel pool isn’t busy.
The staff was friendly, rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.
Facility are excellent, My only complaint i forgot my parfum in the room after check out , when came back th same day and ask, no one know about it...
Rooms were clean and well appointed for our 4 night stay. Convenient location close to the airport. Staff was incredibly friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Seriously, they were a wow! Breakfast options were good.
The location is convenient, the hotel is relatively new, and the service is good, but the soundproofing is poor. I woke up very early in the morning to find children running around upstairs. The kitchen and dining table are compactly designed.

Had an excellent experience at Hyatt House! The hotel is right across the street from the Space Needle and MoPop, and just a couple of blocks down from great food! The staff was super nice and knowledgeable, and the room was so cute! Our housekeeper Hasha was so sweet and attentive to our needs, five stars!
John at check-in was ahhhmazing! Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. No prices on snacks, bit of a sticker shock. Carlos the night attendant on 1/6 was helpful and kind. Loved the location.
Nice, large room with kitchenette. Was able to celebrate a small birthday party in the room with ease.
Great location!
It was good. The only thing was people talking on the speaker phone on the hall way in the middle of the night. Not the hotel’s fault.
Nice rooms, great location right at Seattle Center. MoPop and the space needle are literally right across the street; the photo I am attaching was taken from the window in my room. Perfect for events at Climate Pledge Arena. I go to Seattle a couple of times a year and I don’t usually drive. This hotel is great because you leave the airport on the Link Light Rail to Westlake station then take the...
The room was in good condition and the staff were courteous. However, there were some hiccups regarding parking. The first option ($20/night) we opted for at their Hyatt location a few blocks over did not work with the key card provided at check in. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own.
The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so they recommended a partner parking garage. It was incredibly expensive, $30 overnight, and even worse than the open-air parking garage across the street.
I think the doorman suggested it because I didn't have Valet Parking...
the hotel's locations is great, walking distance from most attractions and places to hangout to, even to nearby public transport stations. room is spacious and clean and comfortable. the only thing is the elevator is slow but everything else is good
I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!
The transportation is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the subway entrance, and the bed is wide enough for one person to lie down freely.
The check-in process was a breeze! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. And the location is great - it’s super walkable to many of the Seattle attractions.
This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that. The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though. I would stay here again.

Not a bad hotel but fairly barebones. Desk staff are generally very pleasant and efficient. Multiple elevators that take some learning- one way locked doors. Exterior access doors. Continental breakfast has recently become prepackaged and generally not free.
I stayed here for three nights with my daughter. She lives nearby. I have stayed here several times before. A parking fee is now charged but that is common in this area. The hot breakfast is no longer available but a cold one is available for a charge. There is a McDonalds and a Starbucks across the street for breakfast. This location was about half a mile from the lightrail and a shopping mall...
Just recently celebrated my anniversary at this hotel paid housekeeping to arrange for my anniversary and they did an amazing job. Rooms was clean. It was a quiet room top floor. Everything was great
Rooms were okay but bathroom / sink / microwave area is crowded. Breakfast was a $5 grab-and-go bag with nothing good except an orange and very small yogurt container, shower curtain was falling down, toilet looked like it was going to overflow, elevator was barely serviceable. Clearly an old motel that was remodeled into a modern "hotel", all the rooms are located along the ouside.
Room was okay, clean had trouble opening and closing door.
Ice machine broken
Location was great for skytrain only a few blocks away to walk. Its a ruff looking neighbourhood, lots of garage and street individuals around. Had no problems though. Hotel had security patrolling, not very friendly. Made me feel like I was the enemy not the guest.
The air conditioner is a bit loud, but otherwise it's worth the price, equivalent to the Jinjiang Star in China! If you have to compare it with a star hotel, you will be disappointed.

Hotel is nice. The bar area had games and such, good place to hang out and have a drink. Room was clean, we got the 1 queen bed size room and it did feel a tad bit tight for my husband and I but it was still a good stay. The receptionist at the hotel was very patient. Detailed introduction. The lobby space and atmosphere are good. The indoor space is a bit cramped. But the bathroom area is OK.

The hotel is located in a commercial center, making shopping and transportation very convenient. Bottled water is also available, and the service is excellent. It would be worth staying here again.
The location is good, as it's close to the station and has good access to various tourist spots such as Pike Place Market.
The room is clean and comfortable, but it would have been better if there are slippers.
Best hotel with the most helpful staff. Thanks Thiago, AJ, and Jennifer for such wonderful hospitality!
The hotel location is good. The hotel room is clean. That's all. There is no microwave in the room. There is no water service. There is no water boiler. The staff usually don't even say hello when they see each other. They are doing construction in the lobby, so I had to check in on the 2nd floor, which was crazy. If location was the only factor in the ratings, this would be a 5 star rating. This hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Space Needle, various museums, and public transit stops.

The room was well appointed and very clean. Centrally located in downtown a few blocks from Pioneer Square and the Public Market. I had dinner my last night, the seared tuna and it was very good. The snacks at the front desk are a little overpriced. I will definitely be back.

The hotel facilities were nice and clean.
The hotel also has excellent security.
I would definitely stay here again if I visit the University of Washington area.
Convenient transportation, good sanitary conditions, friendly front desk and pick up express delivery, full breakfast, high cost performance
The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you’d expect. The staff were friendly and responsive. The gym is large and was never crowded. The breakfast is decent too. The only drawback might be the location. There are often more unhoused folks nearby and can be somewhat loud depending on which street you face.
