For instance, I had an incident in the bathroom where I broke my nose and my wife got asked to clean and put the towels in a bag so others should not touch the blood
They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child
We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much
Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft
Did I mention they accept pets? Yup, so you can take your furry friend with you. Want the best room while you’re on a romantic get away, ask for the room with a water view not the city view. The room we stayed at is 4431
The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks

We had a dinner in both! I mentioned the Olympic Bar / lobby area; I had a great time wandering around, admiring the architecture and trimwork, and had a wonderful chat with Gloria, who has worked at the hotel for 41 years! On the day we checked out, and hours after we'd done so, it occurred to me that I'd left something in our room
My wife, daughter and I stayed for only one night be we truly enjoyed our time there. The staff was very polite and professional and the hotel was super clean. The atmosphere was great also
Cassie and Shelby provided the best tea service ever, with the perfect amount of conversation and friendliness, walking us through our service with attention to all the little details
They were able to accommodate my allium intolerance, and the food was amazing. Even the substitutions were exquisite. The roast beef sandwiches and carrot tartlet were my favorites
We did afternoon tea here, and both the service and food were exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us so nicely and made us feel welcome and comfortable
We dined at the George while we were there and the food was phenomenal!

Louise in concierge had many suggestions on how to celebrate our anniversary, and sent drinks/chocolates to our room when she realized why we were in the city. Overall, a great experience - will return again
Hotel was clean, spacious and located conveniently! Hotpot place QiaoLin right below, which was convenient for me because I love hotpot hahahah
I love it the room just very limited service
Best hotel in downtown Seattle
Very disappointing that there was no pool
It is convenient right in downtown and there is Starbucks and plenty of restaurants nearby

Huge plus that they have red light therapy in the workout facility. Rooms were very clean and stylish, window sitting area is beautiful, beds are very plush, and the prestige hygeine products were wonderful
The W Seattle is amazing 😍 The staff are outstanding. Friendly, happy, and considerate. We went to the Bar and Restaurant, The Living Room. They're very generous with the cocktails
Diamond at front desk check in was kind, patient, and gave us all of the information we needed for a perfect stay
They gifted us with two passes for the Ferris Wheel on the wharf, ensured we were offered a cold bottle of water on check in, were offered a daily $14 food credit and had fresh fruit water in the lobby
We stayed for a Mommy-Daughters weekend of amazing food, downtime and abundant shopping opportunities and choosing the Westin was the first best choice we made of many for an amazing weekend
I was Fortunate enough to stay on Valentine’s Day, I received special accommodations for an issue that I experienced on a previous stay. I tried to resolve the issue a few times prior to Whitney getting involved

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The restaurant staff also went above and beyond, providing excellent service and a great dining experience
The bathroom has only 1 basin and a shower/tub with good water pressure and drainage. The shower curtain had a small stain on the outside part but it wasn't a big deal. POOL: Saw it but didn't use it
Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for, not just checked in. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning—one of the best views we’ve ever had in Seattle
What truly set this hotel apart was how they handled our delayed flight. The staff showed incredible flexibility and compassion, making a stressful situation much easier for us
The valet team welcomed us warmly and set the tone right away, and the front desk staff continued that level of professionalism and kindness throughout our stay
Because of the outstanding service and attention to detail, this will be the only place we stay when visiting Seattle from now on

I didn’t even know there was a pool and spa, but I will definitely plan on utilizing these in the future. Staff was wonderful and polite, plenty of social seating downstairs, and a fantastic and comfortable room
The bed was as soft as a cloud - we haven't slept this well in a long time! 😴✨ I wish we had more time to stay here, but we will definitely be back! 💖 If anyone is visiting Seattle, I highly recommend Hyatt at Olive 8 - it really is a little gem in the heart of the city! 🏙️💎
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An unforgettable experience at Hyatt at Olive 8! We only stayed one night, but we loved every moment of it! 💫 We felt like we had arrived at a special place right from the moment we checked in - the staff was kind, smiling and really helpful 🤍
The room was simply beautiful! 🛏️ Clean, spacious, modern and incredibly comfortable - just what we wanted after a tiring day 😌. The view was also amazing, but the buzz of downtown remained a pleasant backdrop 🌆
Lovely well appointed, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are great, only marginally let down by a lack of power connections by the bedside table (twin room) and a lack of breakfast tea option
In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport

Had a really great time staying at Level Seattle: the staff was wonderful, (special shout to Joreen and Andy who always went over and above and were consumate professionals!) The amenities were great, the pool at the top has insane views, rock climbing, fully stocked gym, what more could you want? Lol
Having 24-hour access to the pools and hot tubs is a huge bonus, and the steam room with eucalyptus is the cherry on top—relaxing, refreshing, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day
We were not told the check-out time. The outside pool doesn't have clocks, so make sure to bring one with you. The indoor pool was on the cold side. Kids really liked the jacuzzi. It didn't have crazy big bubbles
And also several restaurants nearby as well. The only downside is it is quite expensive and it does get a bit loud and rowdy on Saturdays. Other than that I had a great time. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city
Super conveniently located, you can get a bus to downtown, capital hill north seattle, with great views no matter what room you're in. Wholefoods and District H are close by so you can buy groceries really easily
Overall, Level Seattle – South Lake Union delivers luxury, comfort, and top-tier service in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle

Extremely welcoming staff! Was there for the playoffs and Raul at the front desk was “energizing”
Perfect hotel for our quick stay in Seattle! Walking distance to Pikes Market and so many restaurants to choose from in the area! It was also very close to the Amtrak King St train station so we could easily walk there to catch our train
Large guest room with nice , functional & high quality furnitures . High quality window covering. Bright lighting. Bright & clean bathroom. Very friendly & polite front desk officers ( 4 of them ).
The location is good, only 200 to 300 meters from the train station and subway station, very convenient. There is a tea restaurant with warm service and a sense of security around the entrance
They had a rollaway for us too, which is great w 2 teenagers! Extremely clean, modern hotel and staff were all so friendly and helpful with directions! We will definitely stay here again!
Clean and warm when you walk in, greeted with huge smile and conversation immediately by Raul who was engaging and gave advice where to eat, temperature outside, how to get around

The breakfast is excellent, offering both buffet and à la carte options
conveniently located to eateries, good customer service and security
The location is great; it's just a 15-minute walk to Pike Place Market. An Uber to the airport costs between $60-70 and typically takes about 30 minutes without traffic
However, on the morning we left, we ran into road construction near Seattle Airport, which caused a 30-minute delay after exiting the freeway. So, definitely plan your travel time accordingly
Everything was great for my stay: friendly, efficient desk reception; big, quiet, clean room with comfy bed and pillows; nice bathroom with really hot shower. I didn't hang at the bar downstairs, but it looked inviting
Location was great, place was clean. Our originally booked room was not available at check in but staff provided complimentary breakfast to make up for the mix-up. Will book again if staying downtown.

Loved this hotel! If I ever end back up in Seattle I will be staying here again! Front desk was very accommodating! Made a call about our toilet not flushing and it was fixed within minutes, called about needing more towels and more came within seconds! Front desk staff was very helpful! I called for a cab for early morning flight and thanks to them it came within minutes
Restaurant in the hotel is great and overall everyone was extremely nice and friendly! I have stayed at a lot of hotels but Warwick and the accommodations were some of the best! Not to mention the hotel is walking distance from every single thing! Great job Warwick!
Very satisfied with the location in downtown. I will use it again next time, and thank you for taking care of some additional requests right away. I recommend it to others.
Hotel was so nice good services near some nice spot easy to park the car in the hotel
The hotel looks a bit old from the inside, some renovation would make it perfect. People working there are very nice and helpful, I had some trouble with payment and invoice, everything was solved in a friendly manner
The manager was very helpful with my invoice problem, I am really impressed with the level of service here :) Also great location and view from my room

The hotel shuttle was easy to use and could take anywhere three miles away. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and had more then enough pillows. Breakfast was average, nothing special
This hotel and the staff are wonderful. I have stayed here many times because the hotel staff and amenities are great. Will come again.
How can I start this? Erica the person who checked me in was so kind and gave me a call to my room to let me know about some things I had questions about; she was always professional and friendly
Their front desk manager was also amazing and helpful. At checkout Dominic was amazing too and also help me with some questions I had
Overall, my experience was great, full of great people and their breakfast was delicious
When we first arrived, we were checked in by Seth, who I later on found out was actually one of the managers for this establishment!! He took a very long time and patiently shared with me the best restaurants in the area

Very good, excellent service, beautiful scenery, convenient travel, easy access to the beach, next to the aquarium and Ferris wheel, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the first Starbucks coffee shop
We visited this place to check out the design and also as a possible accommodation next time we are in town. Staff are friendly and they didn't gave us any funny looks. I will consider staying here next time.
Ranked first among five-star hotels in Seattle, the price-performance ratio is not very good, the view effect is not ideal, the hygiene is very good, and the service facilities are basically up to standard.
He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending
The room was large and bright, but there were no windows that could be opened, so it might feel stuffy on a longer stay. I booked a partial ocean view room with a side view of the sea
Very good hotel and service, spent 5 days in Seattle with friends. If we have the chance, we will stay again, looking forward to it! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

If you are going to events in Lumen or T-Mobile stadiums you can't beat the location. The property has a nice pool and hot tub on the 9th floor
There is a great pool and jacuzzi on the 8th floor ( also with amazing views). The beds are definitely "cloud" like. The front desk staff and valet parking staff are so nice and helpful! 5 of 5 ***** STARS !!!!!
The best Seattle has to offer for a decent price! Don’t miss it if the location is good for you very close to the waterfront as well for all the fun things downtown has to offer ! A win/win in my book, you’ll love it as I do
I always stay at silvercloud stadium hotel They have great rooms, great food @ jimmys, great room service, great hot tub on the roof And our room was upgraded to a suite ( complimentary! ) just for asking Love it here
I always stay at the Silver Cloud- Stadium location when going to any event at T-Mobile park. The view from the rooms are great, you can watch the hustle and bustle of people arriving to go to a game
My Company stays every year for the Seattle Home Show. It’s always a lovely experience. The rooms are pristine , very well appointed with all the conveniences. The beds are so comfy and clean

Spotless room, amazing amenities and a shout out to Kris at the front desk! They really went above and beyond to make our stay awesome during the soccer tournament! Thank you so much! We will be back again.
Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, comfortable hotel overall. Pool is busy but what hotel pool isn’t busy.
Rooms were clean and well appointed for our 4 night stay. Convenient location close to the airport. Staff was incredibly friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Seriously, they were a wow! Breakfast options were good.
Facility are excellent, My only complaint i forgot my parfum in the room after check out , when came back th same day and ask, no one know about it...

The hotel was beautiful. The room views were spectacular. The only downside were the pillows were not supportive enough. Made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Very nice conference room and roof top lounge area, great selection of drinks in the room fridge and incredibly clean rooms, gym and lounge. The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful
Staff was courteous and accommodating. The views were gorgeous. Good dirty martini in the lounge.
Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms were great and the views from the rooftop bar were amazing
This extends from front desk, to valets, to cleaning staff and to staff working both ground floor and roof top bar. We felt the design and standard of maintenance of the hotel's rooms and common areas was excellent

5-star hotel, renovated from a nearly century-old building, lacks a pool and is small. The prices are a bit high, but I'd consider the Grand Hyatt across the street next time
I stayed three nights, but the room wasn't cleaned. I only received replacement towels after calling the front desk on my last day. One of the two elevators was broken, making waiting for it a real pain
Facilities: Small but exquisite, comfortable water pressure in the shower, nice smell of bath products Hygiene: clean and no pitfalls Environment: relatively safe surrounding, within a ten-minute walk from Amazon headquarters and Pike Market; Haidilao is in the mall next to it; a little far from Third Street, but you have to pass by it when you go to Pike Market; five minutes walk from the subway...
It was already 8-9pm when I arrived, but the service staff still checked me in very quickly. The room and bathroom are well-equipped and spacious, the bed is very comfortable and very quiet.
A great hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The compact rooms do not have a place to work, or to sit and relax, other than the bed. Although there are comfy seats in the lobby.
I probably won’t stay here again. The shower water pressure decent. But the toilet handle is in a really awkward position behind and very close to the glass shower

Great location. Staff was very kind. Room was a little small but had a great view. Overall a great place to stay.
Excellent hotel! Had the best experience will never forget how wonderful my vacation was there! Thank you!
Hotel was beautiful, clean, great location. Check-in staff was not the friendliest or informative, just going through the motions. The Lobby offered holiday popup experience we found out about after the fact
Shower was awkward with no way to adjust temperature without getting wet. Stone floor is cold. Temperature was easily controlled. Bed was very comfortable. Very expensive on New Year’s Eve.
Upon check in we were told we could have a late check out and would not be an issue unless we wanted it extended in the morning which was not guaranteed due to availability

The space in these rooms is wonderful for the price. Some of the equipment didn't work and they're missing some dumbbells. The pool is also closed for Refurbishment, but looks like it'd be a blast to swim in
Had an excellent experience at Hyatt House! The hotel is right across the street from the Space Needle and MoPop, and just a couple of blocks down from great food! The staff was super nice and knowledgeable, and the room was so cute! Our housekeeper Hasha was so sweet and attentive to our needs, five stars!
The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good
Nice rooms, great location right at Seattle Center. MoPop and the space needle are literally right across the street; the photo I am attaching was taken from the window in my room
You can use the monorail to cut the walk time to Pike Place from the hotel too. Multiple food options across the street at the Armory which is a food court not an armory

the hotel's locations is great, walking distance from most attractions and places to hangout to, even to nearby public transport stations. room is spacious and clean and comfortable

I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning
Overall, the hotel itself was great but the customer service was phenomenal! Nicest people you’ll ever meet work here. I will definitely be coming back!!?
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so they recommended a partner parking garage
Loved the location and vibe of the hotel. Room was cozy and bathroom and shower were tight, but considering the purpose, it was great. If you want to escape the bland big chain places, this is a place to keep in mind

The next morning, the day started off with a complimentary hot breakfast which is great for a touring entertainers stomach and wallet! Before getting back onto the road they stretched the legs out a bit in the modern fitness center
Just recently celebrated my anniversary at this hotel paid housekeeping to arrange for my anniversary and they did an amazing job. Rooms was clean. It was a quiet room top floor. Everything was great
Ari Fouriezos is a touring entertainer and has seen many hotels over the years, so they know exactly what it takes to make a hotel great! We were told that Hotel Nexus has it all! From the amazing staff helping to get into the room quickly and providing such friendly service (despite the very late check in)
The air conditioner is a bit loud, but otherwise it's worth the price, equivalent to the Jinjiang Star in China! If you have to compare it with a star hotel, you will be disappointed.
The hot breakfast is no longer available but a cold one is available for a charge. There is a McDonalds and a Starbucks across the street for breakfast
