This hotel stay was a trainwreck. We stayed with our children- had two rooms- we were told at booking that we would have joining rooms which was great. It was confirmed again, 1st floor joined rooms, the day before we left for the trip. Upon arrival we go to check in and there are several people at the desk, no one is greeting anyone. They all looked like they were on something. We got our keys and went upstairs, two rooms three rooms apart. Whatever we could have made that work till we opened the doors. The room smelled terrible, it wasn’t clean, it was old and outdated. I was disgusted. I immediately went downstairs and requested different rooms. They gave us one room on the third floor and one on the first floor. Not comfortable with that but we did it anyway. That was a bit better but still not worth the money we spent. In addition, they charged me FOUR deposits on top of the two charges for the rooms. The male worker even left his child with one of my kids while he ran to get supplies. Total mess, we will never stay here again.

Disgusting, rude, argumentative, no breakfast, no hot water, no air conditioning. Don't stay hear for any reason what so ever.

We had a horrible experience at this Super 8 location. We checked in at 11:55pm after a long day of traveling and delays to a room that was filthy and uninhabitable. The first thing we noticed was the terrible odor. I'm unsure what the duct tape on the discolored portion of the wall in the closet is, but it looked unprofessional. The tile floor was cracked in the bathroom and the bathtub was dirty and stained. I'm afraid of what a black light would've revealed on the bed because what was apparent was disgusting. The sheets were stained with green spots and the comforter was stained with black splotches. The bed spring was also badly stained and had no sheets or bed skirt around it. The gray and white striped curtains were stained. The front door was dirty as well as the walls next to it. We felt unsafe to stay in the unsanitary room for even one night. We immediately found other accommodations after being told by Kobe we would have to wait until the next day to speak to a manager. I have tried multiple times to speak with the property manager and my calls have been ignored. When we finally got through to the corporate office regarding the stay and asked for a refund because we checked in and immediately checked out. Their response was because we did not cancel the reservation outside of 24 hours prior to the stay we forfeited two of the three-night stay. We didn’t know that the rooms were going to be so disgusting before check out because online the pictures show it to be very clean.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is a decent place to stay if you need a warm shower and a place to lay your head. I AM HAPPY TO SAY, THERE IS A BIBLE LOCATED BY THE BED, you can easily read a Good word😇 Also THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY 😍 $10 per day but they allow them. The beds are a little hard. But it was quiet and we rested fine. For the price, it worked for my daughter and I with our fur babies. Thank you for the place to stay. God bless you.

Very dirty building, hallway, not cleaned, full cigarette butts, beer bottles, dirt. Room was heavily bleached. Gave us headaches, bad sleep due to the bleach. TV would not work with the remote or the cable box. But the hotel did resolve that problem.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely awful. I immediately regretted booking this room when I pulled up. Checked in anyway figuring it was just one night so it didn’t matter. The room was so run down I started pulling the sheets back looking for bedbugs. That’s when I found garbage piles behind the bed. There were stains on the sheets. The shower was gross. I spent about 30 minutes in the room on the phone with Super 8 to try to get a refund. The owner refused to provide a refund. He even went so far as to say he was “filing a police report” because I moved the beds in an email. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Worst stay ever. I know the old added you pay for what you get, but this place was absolutely nasty and when I complained about it, they said I was rude. They told me I could no longer stay there again. I just don’t understand why but you’ll see in the pictures.
