There’s a reason why they have their manager on duty blacked out on the sign at check in 🤣 Absolutely filthy room. Mold in A/C unit (see photo) and LIVE and dead bugs in the BED and all around the room. The random guy they had working the front desk , manager, and housekeeping all thought the room was in acceptable condition and stated that they would be renting it to other guests in that condition after we left (we were only in the room 1 hour). This was after being confronted with video evidence of bugs crawling in the bed (won’t let me add the video) and housekeeping went to examine the room with us. She stood by it and thought it was acceptable so it says a lot about the other rooms there. All staff was very rude, unhelpful, and difficult to communicate with due to language barrier and apparent differences in standard of living. The Madison health department is involved and it’s only a matter of time before the whole building is condemmed.

1) The bathroom light was flickering and they fixed it quickly. 2) There were several handicap accessible parking places, which was good. There were appropriate ramps to enter the building. The door by the front desk was not handicap accessible. There was no button to push to hold the door open. 3) Bed is too high for people with short legs. I had trouble getting into bed. 4) The bathtub was too tall to get in and out of, and had no grab bars. 5) There was no ability on the web site to make requests or comments about the reservation. 6) The breakfast room had no napkins. We couldn't find anyone to ask for napkins. 7) There wasn't enough room for it, but a second chair would have been nice, especially since the bed was too high to comfortably sit on. 8) It was too cold for air conditioning, but with just the fan on for circulation, the air smelled stale.

Beds and rooms are nice, very friendly staff as well can't forget the awesome breakfast in the morning thanks Wyndham. Its near East Towne which is amazing shopping plus you got Culver's right down the street. Comes with microwave and refrigerator with Coffee.

The breakfast was great. Such variety! The pool was fun. The staff was so nice and helpful. Even gave us a new toothbrush!! The room was clean and perfect for our trip! We had a great time. If we are on the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Our quest to find a hotel was long and difficult. It did start with a comfortable ride in an uber. We got dropped off at a Best Western and though they were kind enough to let us stay in the lobby for a short while they ultimately kicked us out into the extreme cold. Like negative 10, we had to walk through snow and ice climb down small walls and finally made it to the next hotel Americainn. Now this is at 2 in the morning so it's an unusual time for people to show up for check in. They let us in the lobby because we were frozen. Check in was pretty smooth but we were having issues with the person who had the driver's license. They were way behind us and weren't going to be at thr hotel for at least another hr. The attendant ended up letting us stay in the lobby for over 2hrs!!! That's unheard of these days!! Chasity was a great attendant and really made us feel welcome I'm writing this review in hopes she gets some sort of recognition for her hard work!!!

This hotel was just what we needed for a quick stay. We got in late and we’re leaving early in the morning. It was clean. The rooms seem to have been recently renovated. The beds were comfortable. And a nice price. The only complaint I have is the door to the shower/toilet room didn’t close completely.

Very Quiet. Very Clean. Great Bed. Great pillows. Easy to get to good amenities around. Employees are excellent-- professional fast and friendly. I have nothing to complain about and would stay again. Didn't have time for bfast or the pool.but both looked nice.

HORRIBLE. The lobby smelled bad. I checked in and never went to my room because I felt unsafe walking by the men outside. It looked like temporary homeless housing or a halfway house. I called Wyndham right away and lodged a complaint. I have not been refunded my money. Calls to the manager have not been returned.

The reading light over the bed did not work, probably a bulb. I asked for a wake up call at 0600 (6:30 AM for you) and the call came at 0712 (That's 7:12 AM) and it's over an hour late. Luckily, I was awake at my normal time so no harm done. We were there 2 nights and even when I told the desk clerk about it the first morning, the second morning was the same. I believe the system was still on Central Standard Time, not Daylight Savings Time. It's a good thing I didn't miss an important appointment.
