While visiting Margilan and Rishton, we stayed at this hotel, which felt it was located in the middle of a construction site. Rooms were a decent size but minimalistic. Excellent hotel. Lovely room and bathroom, VERY comfortable and pleasant. Almost Olympic-sized pool, beautiful, well-kept gardens. Exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. P.D. good. After 15 days between Tashkent/Samarkand/Bukhara/Khiva, this was the best hotel stopover, by far! Room 213, quiet, garden view, with a very pleasant little balcony. I recommend it!

It is a basic hotel. English language is so limited. I requested to speak to the manager but they say no Manger at the hotel and he does not speak english.

A beautiful place to stay. Their staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are small but very clean, with appropriate facilities. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with lots of varieties, however could have labeled the dishes so the foreign guests could understand what it is.

I LIKED IT, IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, I RELAXED, ESPECIALLY AT THE RECEPTION, THE BOLLA WAS VERY NICE, THE WFI SPEED IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER HOTELS, THE SAUNA POOL IS VERY NICE

We're so glad we came to Margilan and delighted we chose to stay in Ikathouse! The owner was so helpful before we arrived, helping us with public transport options to get there. In the end, we decided on a private taxi and he organised that for us at the best price. The room was spacious and clean. I can only highly recommend this wonderful guesthouse. The beautiful courtyard is fantastic and the best place to relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms were good and comfortable. We unfortunately only stayed one night but it was one the highlights of my Uzbekistan travels.

Sardar was very helpful during my stay. He helped me with sightseeing, transport to the border and even dropped me off at the bus station. The room is very spacious and quiet. Amenities are good (airco, water heater,..). Bathroom and shower are nice.

The guesthouse buildings are located not only here on the map, but the owner personally checked us in, and was ready to meet us at any time of the day. A large and clean room, fresh towels, and a comfortable bed awaited us. I would also like to note that the room was warm enough in the cold season. Sardar is very helpful and friendly! We booked his guesthouse on the wrong dates (accidentally) but when we arrived he found another place for us that was clean, had great facilities and was well located.
