Excellent service, huge rooms with an ante room too. Only minor things: the door electronic keys could open any room. One person opened door of my daughter’s room. Luckily he left before she responded. Big safety issue. There was no pepper available for breakfast!

A very large spacious room, with working air-con and very friendly people. They happily arranged a daytrip for us to Muynak and Mizdarkhan with little notice and a good price. Nowhere near as touristy as Khiva, the Karakalpak people were shy, much much more authentic and genuinely happy to meet tourists from far away lands (like Canada). So I highly recommend staying a night in Nukus if thinking of exploring the former Aral Sea, the Savitzky Museum or the necropolis. Don't do it from Khiva, it is just too far and too long of a day (but do check out the desert fortresses along the way from Khiva to Nukus, such as Chilpik Dakhma, Gyuar-Kala and Janpik Kala). Nukus is a much quieter city, but there is good restaurants nearby (Palvan Shakh and the Grand Lavash) and you can walk to the museum from here easily (you could even walk to the airport if you wanted).

Awesome hotel for our two nights in Nukus. Very friendly staff who were able to assist with all of our questions. Would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back this way.

The man at the reception was really nice and overall the staff was helpful.
The breakfast is also worth it, I wouldn’t skip it if I wear you, the middle porridge is my favorite really amazing stay.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the hot water was disturbingly brown and greasy. The location is good - walkable to the art museum and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory. Lovely courtyard with covered places to sit.

Very basic hotel. Clean, but needs refurbishment.
Hotel feels very old and the rooms definitely need some refurbishment works/ upgrading. The room looks a lot better on photos than in actual.
The bath mat really should go because it is made of many tiny rubbery / plastic spikes that have broken and they hurt our feet.
Service staff were polite and helpful, but they were not aware of our booking which was paid when we arrived late at night. They dont seem familiar with the system and spent quite awhile seaching for our booking.
Breakfast was ok and we are happy with the food. Overall this is a very basic hotel that feels a little too run down for the price we paid.
We do however appreciate the space as the room was huge.

Hotel right in the center of Nakus. Very friendly service large rooms equipped with a refrigerator and a hair dryer. But beware, room 126 in the pavilion has a window facing a wall half a meter away. So there is practically no window. Tasty breakfast, a large selection of dishes, eggs to order, hot sausage or rice pudding
