Karakalpak Palace Hotel

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, prospekt I.Karimova 114 🧭

Excellent service, huge rooms with an ante room too. Only minor things: the door electronic keys could open any room. One person opened door of my daughter’s room. Luckily he left before she responded. Big safety issue. There was no pepper available for breakfast!

A very large spacious room, with working air-con and very friendly people. They happily arranged a daytrip for us to Muynak and Mizdarkhan with little notice and a good price. Nowhere near as touristy as Khiva, the Karakalpak people were shy, much much more authentic and genuinely happy to meet tourists from far away lands (like Canada). So I highly recommend staying a night in Nukus if thinking of...

Awesome hotel for our two nights in Nukus. Very friendly staff who were able to assist with all of our questions. Would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back this way.

Good for what you pay The hotel is in a good location!

The man at the reception was really nice and overall the staff was helpful. The breakfast is also worth it, I wouldn’t skip it if I wear you, the middle porridge is my favorite really amazing stay.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the hot water was disturbingly brown and greasy. The location is good - walkable to the art museum and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory. Lovely courtyard with covered places to sit.

Pana Hotel

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, Miymandos no2, 230100 Nukus, Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan 🧭

Right next to the airport, good for travellers. Bathroom had a smell though.

Pro. - hotel standard instead of guest house as the majority of accommodations - modern bathroom with fluffy towels (good quality) - helpful and friendly receptionists Con. - the breakfast was a bit lack of choice, too many deep fried and sweet stuff - the room is quite small without much space for luggages

Very spacious apartment booked and the welcome service at the reception is very good. The staff was very friendly. The room is very clean especially the moquette ! It is well located if we have a car. We made a mistake upon arrival in Nukus and we have able to compare with the other. It is said that is the newest and best hotel in the city. I could believe them.

It's really close to the airport, about a five-minute walk is enough Good breakfast Only one room card is given The sensor lights in the corridor are very good, sensitive and without any extra noise. The elevator is slow and takes a long time to wait. Breakfast is on the basement floor and the elevator cannot reach it. Not good for the knees. There is no Yandex Food service in Nukus. The pizza at the...

Very satisfied, one of the best hotels in Nukus

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is very good, helpful, and speaks foreign languages very well👍

Hostel DANEXAN APA

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, Kuk Uzyak, 30/1 🧭

I stayed for two nights, and the hostel itself was quite decent – the room was clean, the breakfast was okay. I also went on an organized tour to Muynak from the hostel. I was originally planning to go there myself, but the weather was so bad that I didn't risk it. In addition to the former shore of the Aral Sea and the ship graveyard, we also visited a typical old cemetery and a camel farm (although...

Very nice Hostel, very friendly employers, always smiling. Especially we had good experience with Sevinch, she did the registration for us and took us also to a city tour. We went through the baca r and she helped us getting things. She also let us try some typical food. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. We stayed in the big dorm, there are plugs for charging everywhere. Common bathroom is...

I had an amazing stay here! The staff are incredible and Atabek took us on a really great tour of the city. The rooms are very nice and set up well and there is an attached restaurant with great breakfast and traditional dishes. They even organized our onward transport to Khiva. Highly recommend this hostel!!

Excellent place to stay in Nukus. Just go here without a second thought. 1. The staff are all super friendly and eager to help. They are mostly students from the local university and they speak good English. Hands down they are the best people to guide you. 2.The hostel itself is top class, with hot bath and even a massage chair thrown in. It was the only place in my entire Uzbekistan trip which...

Had a lovely and comfortable stay at Hostel Danexan. Stayed in the female dorm. Which was very clean and comfortable beds, close to the communal bathroom which had hot water! Breakfast was delicious too. We also got hot water to make tea when we requested. What made our stay was how hospitable, kind and attentive the staff are. The biggest shout out to Abdulla who went over and beyond. He organised...

Fantastic stay at Danexan APA in Nukus! What a wonderful place! The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful — true examples of Uzbek hospitality. The owner, Abdulla, is honestly the nicest, kindest, and sweetest person in the whole country. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He told us about a local festival (which we sadly missed) and even offered to help us arrange...

Asem Hotel

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, M. Nurmuhammedov Street 8 🧭

This hotel is highly recommended. The building is new and modern, the rooms are clean and big, the location is very practical: near the airport and Stravinsky museum. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast: wide choice of traditional food freshly prepared by great women in the kitchen! Most of all the staff was super friendly and kind. They really make you feel welcome and do their best to support you...

I was very surprised when I visited this wonderful hotel for the second time not far from the local Nukus Airport. They have changed for the better. The service is already much better, especially young administrators who respond and resolve your issues very quickly and always smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All communication works perfectly. Thanks to the management for taking care of...

Nice hotel, excellent staff, cleaning is above standard. All in all good budget hotel

Jipek Joli Inn

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, Jipek Joli 4 🧭

Me and my friend stayed in this hotel in Nukus, everything was perfect and we had zero issues. The staff is really kind and ready to help, the hotel is also really close to lots of restaurants and the Savitsky museum.

Couldn’t have had a more positive experience at the Jipek Joli Hotel. I arrived first thing in the morning, and they not only let me drop off my bags, they let me check in and made me a cup of tea while I waited 10mins for the room. They also did same day laundry here for a reasonable enough fare. The breakfast was above average, the costs were low, and the rooms were large, with a good location...

Very nice modern, quiet hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable with nice decorations. Breakfast is a vast selection of foods and there's an unusually good coffee machine.

Very comfortable hotel near the world-class Savitsky Museum and all needed amenities. Staff were welcoming and made trip feel like a second home, especially Bayram. Great location for business or personal travel. Looking forward to next opportunity to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay at the Jipek Joli Hotel. It is clean, modern and well designed. There is a thoughtful display of crafts and artefacts in the lobby, and the dining room is attractive. Breakfast was good. My spacious room had the largest, most comfortable bed I slept on in Uzbekistan, with a good mattress and pretty cotton linens. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed in Jipek Joli Inn for one night. This hotel was converted from two separate villas, connected by a semi-open courtyard. The room is slightly old-fashioned but clean and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. The reception staff speak fluent English and efficiently helped us arrange transportation to Mizdakhan and Gyaur Kala. The price was reasonable, and the driver was very accommodating...

Damir Hotel

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, FJ67+5RV 🧭

The hotel is really good, really comfortable, delicious breakfast, well located - very close to the museum and close enough to the bazar and river. The staff was really kind, especially Dina. If we can complain about one thing, the shower didn’t have that much power and the room didn’t have a refrigerator. But this was us trying to find problems. I totally recommend Damir Hotel.

Hotel Jipek Joli

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, ulitsa Sabira Kamalova 50 🧭

This hotel apparently opened just a couple of months before we arrived. It’s quite nice, walking distance to downtown; but, there are still some rough spots. We had a suite with a sitting room and a separate bedroom. The sitting room needed an additional chair (we “borrowed” one from the dining room!) and either end tables or a coffee table in front of the sofa. The fridge wasn’t working. The bedroom...

Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Our room had both a comfortable sofa, a chair and a table - a very nice touch. There was lots of storage. It would have been nice if there were a mirror in the room. The breakfast was adequate, omelets were made to order and the staff was helpful. However, the bathroom could use a bit of an overhaul. The toilet paper holder didn’t hold the paper...

Jipek Joli Hotel was a great experience for me. Excellent pre-stay communication. My room 204 was huge, super clean, fresh, smelled lovely and the linen/bed was great. Fridge, kettle, water, tbags, cups, etc supplied. Breakfast was generous and delicious- the youghurt and fruit and a coffee machine value added for me. Thanks- enjoyed my 2 nights over 2 stays pre and post Aral Sea tour with Ayim Tours

Very friendly and helpful staff . Delicious coffe and mouthwatering pastry. Highly recommendable......................................................................................................................

Very cozy, friendly, well located hospitality. Definitely recomended to stay. Nicely furnished rooms, will stay here next time. Stayed here in February 2025 for four days. Convinient location next to the Fine Arts Museum named after Savitsky.

What a fabulous hotel. Great location to access the museum and restaurants close by. All staff very friendly. Great Wi-Fi. Breakfast was included and was of a good standard. Would recommend and stay again. We used their travel services to book our Aral Sea tour which was excellent too.

Dosliq Hotel

Karakalpakstan, Nukus, Ave. Islam Karimova, 173 🧭

We had booked Dosliq in Nukus, as most other options weren't available or were expensive. It's not very popular, so a lot of taxi drivers do not know the exact location. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub as well. Breakfast was pretty good, it isn't a set breakfast but you can order from a large list of options. We had asked to store our luggage overnight as we wanted to...

Good hotel for staying, comfortable beds and big rooms

I asked the driver for card payment, a reliable hot shower, and Wi-Fi. He kept his word, and I wasn't disappointed. There are nice hot breakfast options and free transfers.

Excellent. The service is top notch.

By Nukus standards, this is a very decent hotel! One major drawback: I booked by phone on Monday, April 23rd. I arrive on April 24th at 11:00 PM, and they don't have my reservation, and they say they never had one. They did find a room available, though it didn't have any windows. The rooms and the hotel overall are clean, fresh, and friendly. Breakfast is available, but the selection is limited, but...
