Very spacious apartment booked and the welcome service at the reception is very good. The staff was very friendly. The room is very clean especially the moquette ! It is well located if we have a car. We made a mistake upon arrival in Nukus and we have able to compare with the other. It is said that is the newest and best hotel in the city. I could believe them.

Excellent service, huge rooms with an ante room too. Only minor things: the door electronic keys could open any room. One person opened door of my daughter’s room. Luckily he left before she responded. Big safety issue. There was no pepper available for breakfast!

A very large spacious room, with working air-con and very friendly people. They happily arranged a daytrip for us to Muynak and Mizdarkhan with little notice and a good price. Nowhere near as touristy as Khiva, the Karakalpak people were shy, much much more authentic and genuinely happy to meet tourists from far away lands (like Canada). Good for what you pay The hotel is in a good location!

The man at the reception was really nice and overall the staff was helpful. The breakfast is also worth it, I wouldn’t skip it if I wear you, the middle porridge is my favorite really amazing stay.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the hot water was disturbingly brown and greasy. The location is good - walkable to the art museum and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory. Lovely courtyard with covered places to sit.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff are incredible and Atabek took us on a really great tour of the city. The rooms are very nice and set up well and there is an attached restaurant with great breakfast and traditional dishes. They even organized our onward transport to Khiva. The hotel is really good, really comfortable, delicious breakfast, well located - very close to the museum and close enough to the bazar and river. The staff was really kind, especially Dina. If we can complain about one thing, the shower didn’t have that much power and the room didn’t have a refrigerator. But this was us trying to find problems. I totally recommend Damir Hotel.

Me and my friend stayed in this hotel in Nukus, everything was perfect and we had zero issues. The staff is really kind and ready to help, the hotel is also really close to lots of restaurants and the Savitsky museum.

Couldn’t have had a more positive experience at the Jipek Joli Hotel. I arrived first thing in the morning, and they not only let me drop off my bags, they let me check in and made me a cup of tea while I waited 10mins for the room. They also did same day laundry here for a reasonable enough fare. The breakfast was above average, the costs were low, and the rooms were large, with a good location...

Very nice modern, quiet hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable with nice decorations. Breakfast is a vast selection of foods and there's an unusually good coffee machine.

Very comfortable hotel near the world-class Savitsky Museum and all needed amenities. Staff were welcoming and made trip feel like a second home, especially Bayram. Great location for business or personal travel. Looking forward to next opportunity to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay at the Jipek Joli Hotel. It is clean, modern and well designed. There is a thoughtful display of crafts and artefacts in the lobby, and the dining room is attractive. Breakfast was good. My spacious room had the largest, most comfortable bed I slept on in Uzbekistan, with a good mattress and pretty cotton linens. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed in Jipek Joli Inn for one night. This hotel was converted from two separate villas, connected by a semi-open courtyard. The room is slightly old-fashioned but clean and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. We had a suite with a sitting room and a separate bedroom. Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Our room had both a comfortable sofa, a chair and a table - a very nice touch. There was lots of storage. Jipek Joli Hotel was a great experience for me. Excellent pre-stay communication. My room 204 was huge, super clean, fresh, smelled lovely and the linen/bed was great. Fridge, kettle, water, tbags, cups,etc supplied. Breakfast was generous and delicious- the youghurt and fruit and a coffee machine value added for me. Very cozy, friendly, well located hospitality. Definitely recomended to stay. Nicely furnished rooms, will stay here next time. Stayed here in February 2025 for four days. Convinient location next to the Fine Arts Museum named after Savitsky.

What a fabulous hotel. Great location to access the museum and restaurants close by. All staff very friendly. Great Wi-Fi. Breakfast was included and was of a good standard. Would recommend and stay again. We used their travel services to book our Aral Sea tour which was excellent too.

Good hotel for staying, comfortable beds and big rooms

I asked the driver for card payment, a reliable hot shower, and Wi-Fi. He kept his word, and I wasn't disappointed. There are nice hot breakfast options and free transfers.
