Great budget place; convenient location, friendly staff, low price, nice yard, decent toilets, comfortable and clean beads.
The only downside is light, all the bulbs are cold white light and too bright, it gives the factory work atmosphere, which makes relaxing after an exhauting day of sightseeing a bit challenging...

The host is a gentleman. Their family and kids are very hospitable and friendly. The location is very close to Panjakent center. Walking distance to most of the necessary places.

I stayed at this guesthouse for two nights. The owner and staff were very hospitable and provided everything I needed. The hot water came out as soon as I turned it on, and there was nothing to complain about. I highly recommend you stay at this place!

- Not enough bathrooms/showers and bathroom for shared dorm was a squatter right next to the bath.
- Wifi didn't work
- Breakfast was very average
- Grumpy owner who made you feel unwelcome
- You are not allowed to use the bathroom or be in the courtyard after 12pm and check out time (ridiculous?!)
- Overall a pretty rubbish hostel, the least friendly we stayed in the whole of central Asia

The place is fine, some services should be improved like breakfast and bathrooms. The location is fresh and typical, and people there are nice. I published some photos so you can have a look. Many people with different request stop by, and the place have space for everyone, cars and bikes, as well as regular travelers. Mainly for young people, rather than families.

Far location,40minutes walk to attractions.Extra charge usd4 for early check in without information from them.No deductions if early check out.There are many plenty good hostels nearby Registan with good price.Not value for money.

Nice hostel with rather cheap prices. It's a bit hidden and not easy to see from the main road. The position is great, just 5 minutes from Samarkand's best attractions.
