The hotel's WiFi signal is weak, and there is no signal on the mobile phone card in the room. The shower facilities are easy to use, the water is hot and the water volume is large. The breakfast is relatively simple, and the service attitude is good. The hotel is a family hotel with some rooms around a courtyard.

It's very close to the attractions, about a 10-minute walk. The staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. The house is cleaned daily. It's a great place, highly recommended. The price is also very reasonable. There's air conditioning, but the temperature was comfortable at the time, so we didn't use it.

The hostel is very clean, the hosts are friendly, they cook home-cooked food for breakfast on time. They were able to check us in late at night and were always in touch. The location is convenient. The owner arranged a room on 3/F and he helped me to carry the luggage upstairs. The room with double doors so the sound insulation is good. The carpets are pretty. A truly wonderful place to stay, a great location—very close to the Registan. Excellent rooms, beautifully renovated and with a balcony. Comfortable beds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ended up staying here for four nights due to food poisoning (unrelated to hotel) and the owner was so helpful, even came with me to a local hospital. Room is very modern and extremely clean.

Firstly, the hotel is not clearly marked. There is no "HOTEL" on the door, so it doesn't look like a hotel at all. Secondly, when I navigated there according to the address on Ctrip, I found that it was actually a rural area, a deserted place. What a rip-off.

We had a fantastic stay in this guesthouse and the warmest welcome ever. All the family is simply amazing and the middle boy is smart and incredibly competent for his age (12). They helped us , the other guests and also tourists they met on the morning of the triathlon race when all the roads were closed. We will always remember their spontaneous hospitality and their kindness. Very very highly recommended

The hosts here are amazing people. They are very kind. We got stuck in Samarkand because a race was on and they closed all the roads. They noticed that we were distressed and invited us into their guesthouse to relax until the roads opened again. This was without doubt my best experience in a guest house in Samarkand. The house and every room was very tastefully designed with obvious passion. Cleaning was continuous and impeccable. The family owns the place is simply wonderful! This ensured that I always felt at home. I sincerely hope to be able to return very soon.

This is a very nice place: The rooms and rest of the hotel are very clean and in great shape. It is a very quiet location, but not too far from the city center. And the hosts (English speaking) are extremely friendly and helpful. I can definitively recommend it.

By far our favorite stay in Uzbekistan. This family run hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has big, comfortable rooms, amazing AC, and the most helpful [English speaking] hosts you could ask for. The breakfast was delicious, too! Less than thirty minutes walk to the typical tourist spots, and close to a major bus hub. It's close to some decent schwarma places and supermarkets, so this is a convenient spot if you don't mind some exercise on your way to see the spectacles. The room is nice, comfortable bed and great shower. No kettle or fridge unfortunately. WiFi is good. All in all, can't complain - I had a nice stay here.

The room we stayed in was for four people. The beds were too close together. Our room was warm, but the worst part was the lack of running water in the toilets. It was absolutely torture. What age are we in? In the most spiritual city of a Muslim country, this deficiency is unacceptable.

My mom and I had a great stay at hotel Han. It’s located within a couple minutes walking from the registan, but still in a quiet side street, so it was very quiet. We could visit all the sites in Samarkand on foot. The room was quite big and very clean, the hosts were lovely, and the breakfast really good. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in our entire trip to Uzbekistan. The rooms are super clean and fresh and the yard outside gives a very calm and peaceful vibe to the place! Our guesthouse owner was the kindest and sweetest person who helped us a lot throughout our trip! This guesthouse is perfectly situated in characterful narrow streets clisevto all of Samakand's stunning historic sites. The breakfasts are very varied, very generous, very picturesque and delicious.
