Great time spent with family. Surprised why people rarely visit Le Chalet by Amursoy during spring time

Excellent hotel, breakfast was superb, and the location is fantastic. Everything was great!

We stayed in the spring—April was the perfect month. We stayed in a superior chalet for 6 people. The chalet has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and heated floors. There's a large fireplace room with a kitchen and access to the terrace. There's also a guest bathroom. The chalet's furnishings are very well thought out and functional. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful. Cars are available for hire from reception. You can drive to your destination within the hotel grounds. The breakfast is varied and delicious. There's a guide for hiking along the mountain trails. There are many local activities, so this is truly an all-season resort. The rest—the mountains, the air, the nature—no comment.

The price is justified; the cabins are very comfortable and cozy. The resort provides transportation; you can call to arrange pick-up and drop-off within the ski area. The breakfast is also delicious, with a wide variety of options and good quality. The staff are all exceptionally friendly.

It's very beautiful, wonderful, imaginative, and amazing in terms of organization and cleanliness, but it lacks some things like more activities for adults and a larger supermarket.

Location is good. Everything else is meh.
One night was equal to what we paid for three nights in Tashkent for a high end two bedroom apartment in the best location (city park). But beds were flimsy where it sinks once laydown and turning or twisting is hard afterwards. Pillows were juts like bedsheets. Worse part is that you have to pay for water. Only 2ltrs of water for 4 pax. When I asked why they said they give only 500ml per person vs 3.7ltrs recommended by health professionals. And that 500ml is not per day but for entire stay! Lets say you stay 7 days, still you get 500ml!
Restaurants were pricy and awful service. However they take 20% service charge. Breakfast was worse than a 3 star hotel. They dont refill on time. Selection was basic.
It was advertised that toiletries were from Amouage but its jot its just the basic.
My advice if you wantbyo stay, pack everything including water, food etc.

The hotel is very nice. We had a problem where we didn’t have warm water for a whole day and part of the day we didn’t have running water at all. I tried contacting the reception through telephone and telegram and they did not respond at all about the issue. I just had to take a freezing cold shower. Besides that issue, everything else was great.

I stayed at Le Chalet by Amirsoy with family and had a good experience. The rooms were clean and warm, which made the stay very comfortable.
The location is perfect — surrounded by beautiful mountain views.
The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any requests. Their professionalism added a pleasant touch to the stay.
The restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and the food was fresh and delicious.
I would definitely stay here again❤️
