Premium Villas with panoramic view to in Chimgan

Stayed here in June with family. Booked the 3 bed apartment. The room was big and spacious with fantastic views of the mountains. Only negative was the pillows were flat, and the shower would get very hot or very cold. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. A big shout out to Dastan, Balnur and Atabake. They all looked after us like a big family. Got an early check in, like really early around 8am
Room had a sauna and jacuzzi, never used it as it was so hot. Would love to return in the winter months to see the snow mountains and use the facilities. Taxis are very cheap here. Just download the yandex go App. A 5km ride costs around £1.
Overall very satisfied with this hotel. 10/10

We had a lovely time ar Balandada. The service was very attentive and the rooms were in good condition. They even allow pets with approval, so we could bring our dog!!

We will definitely come again.

Great place to spend time with family or friends, getaway from Tashkent to enjoy fresh air and stunning mountains views. Good rooms selection, although my favorite is Penthouse. It has 3 separate bedrooms and large studio hall/kitchen, with best panoramic mountain views.
Quality of service is great, Doston was very attentive upon check in/out and in between during our stay. Also very careful and kind colleagues at the restaurant, and tasty food.
Overall, I can highly recommend Balandda as a great place to take rest around Chimgan mountains.

Hotel is at at great location. Views are amazing. We stayed in 3 bedroom penthouse which had amazing views and very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Staff are very helpful specially Mr. Doston. We enjoyed our stay.

Its very nice and good place blandaa they have nice service cheap than amirsoy you can stay here and play in amirsoy blanda they have good view specially i sawed the owner shoukat he is gentle man thanks alot.

I really can’t express enough how amazing this place is.

The location first of all is breathtaking, and trust me words will not do it justice.
Let me break it down for you:

The host Shawkat was not just a person who was doing business, but a man working from the heart!! And you can see his touches all around the establishment. He did not simply give us the keys and go home, he made sure all our needs were met, and made genuine efforts of sharing his knowledge on the country, with great taste(food, activities, and areas to visit)!

Lastly, the place is so clean and well established, and the beds are so comfy. As well as an access to a private garden with a BBQ to enjoy the night.

I am very glad to have been able to indulge in this experience as it transcended the trip.
