Worst place I have ever stayed at. We had booked a four bunk room and when we arrived they put us in a room with around 20 bunks. The people staying there were mostly construction workers and truck drivers. These overaged men were very rude too. Moreover, you are not allowed to go inside with shoes on and you have to leave them at the entrance. You will have hard time communicating with the staff if you don'tknow Russian or Uzbek as none of the staff can speak English there.
Great hostel, clean, polite staff. It is convenient for people with disabilities. Great option compared to other hostels. Unobtrusive.
