A decent chain hotel, excellent breakfasts, a great pool, and friendly staff. The location, if you don't plan on strolling around the hotel in the evening, is quiet, and the TV tower is nearby. However, we decided it would be better to stay closer to the central park next time. It's more fun there in the evenings, and given the inexpensive taxi fare, you can easily get to any other point in the city

Booked this hotel for my parents. They liked everything: the room, the pool, breakfast and staff.

Radisson really meet our expectation. From check inn to check out it was very smooth and the staff are very professionals and nice. We really like their breakfast there’s a lot of choices and they even have a live play of violin in the breakfast hall which is very romantic early in the morning😅 we will definitely book this hotel once we go back in Tashkent

Old hotel but good location n clean

The hotel was quiet, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and tasted good.

The facilities and hygiene are good, and it's close to the booth. I choose this place every year.

Everything is great, but they couldn't issue the necessary documents for the accounting department. They said that they can't do it when booking through trip.com, although they do it for *********** :( They only issued some kind of certificate of accommodation

The room was spacious, and the front desk service was good. However, there were many shortcomings. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, and the bed was too soft. The breakfast was Central Asian style, which I didn't really like. I stayed for 6 nights, and the cleaning staff were very careless, often failing to change the disposable linens.

Good Hotel near the center of the city but I faced many issues during my stay. I booked a junior suite for one of the exhibitions I was attending and although the room was exactly as shown in the pictures I found many problems. 1. The room that I was allocated had a problem in the front door locking. Although it would lock but you had to push the frame outside to do so. 2. There was a TV but no Cable...

The hotel was clean, the room was adequate, and the bathroom was small and poorly lit. Of the three reception shifts and two waiter shifts, only one person spoke English. It was fine for one or two nights. The buffet breakfasts were good.

That was awesome, we were in winter, I really loved it, everywhere is clean cosy pleasant, the staff is expreamely polite, and also the pleasant smell in the rooms just it! The breakfast was so good That I gues I will remember it for quite a long time, for breky was everything you want, and of course that is for free! Pros of staying here: Friendly staff Relatively moderate prices for the place in the city center. Cons: Dirt on the water. You can put a clinex on the drainage and in ten minutes it will become brown of color. No wonder bath curtains are brown there. Poor breakfast, made, i suppose with a dirty water.

I can recommend the hotel for a stay in Tashkent. The hotel is located in a quiet side road close to the centre and less than 10min walk to Minor subway station. The hotel seems to be quite new and well maintained. Rooms are convenient and clean. Breakfast is ok, quite typically for the region. Great to have a sauna and small pool to relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel but overall nice hotel, the price is affordable no problem with hot water and the rooms are modern

It's livable, but the price is completely out of line with the quality. The mattress is hard, the pillows are lumpy, and there are only two of them. The bathroom pump is very noisy. For the price of a good hotel, you'll get something that masquerades as a boutique hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in early October. I booked a room in advance before flying out of Almaty. I was flying to an exhibition, and the location was perfect. My only complaint was the very polite and responsive staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept well that night.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the metro, buses, a Japanese garden, a water park, a TV tower, a plov center, and a street full of shops and wonderful street food. The hotel's design is authentic, reminiscent of a fairy tale, complete with fairies and wizards, of course.
