Everything was good. The hotel was good value for money.

Everything was great, friendly staff.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious cakes and about eight or nine types of fruit. The front desk staff helped us with our luggage. There are two restaurants associated with the hotel, and across the street is a local restaurant with tasty baked buns. To the right of the exit, there's a Turkish restaurant.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant scent. The staff were very polite and warm-hearted. I'd especially like to mention Dayana at the front desk, who gave me a complimentary late check-out! The breakfast was hearty and delicious (they even had mini kebabs!). My 2nd time in this hotel. Love the cleanliness the staff & most of all the breakfast buffet. I love the porridge. Near to city just use Yandexgo & its super cheap to everywhere in town.

I stayed for 5 nights. Good service and great value for money. I had room 605. The room matched the photos. The hotel is good, has everything you need (air conditioning, slippers, bathrobe, soap, toothbrush, etc.) and it was clean, with no sewer or cigarette smoke smells. The breakfasts were good, I didn't regret taking them. Lunch and dinner were unavailable in the restaurant in April 2026, so if...

The room was small but very clean, suitable for business trips.

The location is a little out of the way, but it's very quiet. The hotel facilities are complete, the only downside is that the rooms are a bit small! The breakfast is good. The price-performance ratio is relatively good.

The hotel staff were very nice, and the rooms were quite clean, with daily housekeeping. Overall, it was a good experience. There was also a free spa, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it.

Love this hotel . I like the building of this hotel. Very nice & simple like in Europe. The staff name Usmon was very helpful. Arrange transport to us to Archazor back & forth. And update us at any time. He can speak English well too. The breakfast was nice. My room was big & very clean. But i dont like the bed is quite hard for me as i like the soft one. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fruits and vegetables to boost your vitamins. The pool water looked quite clean too. The front desk was able to store our luggage for a short period before check-in and after check-out.

The sauna, pool, and gym are all great. There are plenty of delicious hot dog and sandwich shops nearby. The TV tower is clearly visible from the room.

Very plesant experience . Had a nice stay.

Excellent hotel, superb service, and the amenities were Baden-Baden amazing! 😄

No washing machine, no gym, but everything else is great, especially the breakfast, which is quite substantial.

It is very close to the airport and the railway station, a five-minute drive. It is very far from the city center, and the surrounding area is like a rural-urban junction, with no supporting facilities. The hotel is newly renovated and the room is quite large, but the family suite with a terrace bought on Ctrip is not the price on Ctrip at all! I paid for an 80-square-meter family suite with a terrace...

Very clean and tidy, very close to the airport, only 8 or 9 RMB by taxi. Since the flight was very early in the morning, I asked the front desk to prepare a breakfast bag for me, and they were very friendly and prepared it. Anyway, everything went smoothly!
