Rano Eco Village in Tashkent

Horrible place. Extremely poor service and disgusting treatment of animals. I will never set foot in this "ECO" establishment. They treat customers poorly.

They killed a cat in front of the children. Very “eco” place! They closed all the comments on social media to avoid problems, read some more in 2gis. Th cat was wondering around guests to look after some food. The staff killed a poor cat with his feet above the cat’s little head and put him in the bag. They said the cat is still alive, but he is dead after such an injure. Very sad to see such a violence towards to animals, especially in the place popular with it’s zoo(((

Attention, the hotel administration is killing animals on the grounds. They position themselves as an eco-farm, a place of power, peace, and tranquility! This is simply unthinkable! Recently, a cat was killed after accidentally wandering onto the farm in search of food. Simply unthinkable! The farm must be closed!

Everything would be fine if it weren't for this unpleasant incident that happened in front of visitors, my family and children! (((The hotel staff killed a cat in front of everyone, which didn't bother or harm anyone (((they killed it, put it in a bag and took it away to an unknown location (((It was very unpleasant, I was left with an unpleasant aftertaste from this place and a childhood trauma that will last a lifetime! (((We don't recommend anyone to visit this place, because the same could happen to you! The hotel doesn't live up to its name! And God be the judge of the animal abusers!

Stop animal abusers! Never come to this place! In front of shocked guests, including children, the owner instructed a waiter to step on a kitten's neck and crush its head! Then he put it in a bag like trash and threw it away. The kitten was simply hungry and asking for food! None of these people see a problem with what happened; for them, it's the norm. We have plenty of other wonderful places to stay! Stop animal abusers!

A cat was brutally killed by a security guard on the owner's orders at this property. This horrifying act of cruelty shows a complete lack of compassion and basic human decency. No tourist with a conscience should ever support or visit a place where such inhuman behavior is not only tolerated but ordered. Absolutely disgraceful.

Before you book just know that waiter and owner killed innocent cat by stepping with their foot on poor face and they did not provide any evidence that cat is alive they just lied. Never book this place and spread the word. God will punish everyone involved and your place is in hell

At Rano Eco Village, a place that claims to care about nature and animals, a shocking incident took place. In front of many visitors including children a cat that had been peacefully walking around the farm was killed by two staff members: a security guard and a waiter. This cat had been on the property for several days, showing no signs of aggression. Guests had even been feeding and playing with it. Suddenly, the cat was captured, stuffed into a bag, and taken away. According to witnesses, the bag didn’t move afterward. When concerned visitors asked to see the cat, the staff refused and shut the door in their faces. Such behavior is not only cruel it’s completely unacceptable. And it happened in a place that promotes itself as eco-friendly and animal-loving. If you care about animals and basic kindness, think twice before supporting places like this. By visiting them, we unintentionally help justify actions like this
