From the first day we arrived, it was a mess. 😤 Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but we didn’t get our room until 5 PM ⏰ — and it was dirty beyond imagination 🤢.
The pool water was filthy and only got cleaned the next day 💦🧽. The pool filter was not working, and kept saying it needs to be cleaned… but they didn’t care at all 😒.
Asked for housekeeping multiple times 🧹 — it never got done on time. Total disappointment.
If you’re looking for an adventure in poor service, this is the place for you 🙃.
They really need to learn how to keep the place clean and equipment working 🛠️🧼.
Our belongings and bags with gifts we'd bought were left there.
Calls to reception and Telegram support messages went unanswered. They only contacted us when we were halfway to Tashkent. They swore they'd keep our belongings safe.
In the end, when we picked up our bags, they were missing the sweets we'd bought for two large families. And new pants.
Instead of our purchases, they threw in an open box of halva and a couple of loose ones.
I don't recommend this recreation area. They treat customers carelessly and irresponsibly.
