Unfortunately, a negative experience. We arrived at midnight and they couldn't find our reservation although we made it just one day before directly at their webpage. The service was very bad no apologies no explanation and trying to charge us for a new reservation more than we were supposed to pay. We asked for a breakfast at 7 AM due to an early morning flight and it was not ready. The room was very warm and it was impossible to close the radiator.

It's beautiful on the outside, but interestingly below-middle class on the inside. It's the first time something like this has happened since the Soviet era :)

The mosaics on the shower are torn off because of this I will put 3k maybe in other rooms it won’t be the same

I've been to this hotel several times and every time it's been great. Good service, pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness and order, polite staff and delicious breakfast)
