Apartment Hotels in Tashkent

The hotel rooms were new, but there was a slight formaldehyde smell. The hotel consists of two buildings, with a 24-hour car detailing shop between them, which also emits a pungent odor. The round-view rooms face into the community, where many houses are under renovation, resulting in some construction noise.

Check-in was difficult; the front desk and guest rooms were not together, parking was inconvenient, and there was ongoing renovation.

This is the best accommodation in Tashkent. The facilities, cleanliness, and location are all excellent. The staff are friendly. The facilities are better than most pensions in Korea. It's well-equipped with an induction stove, washing machine, large refrigerator, and oven. The RM Mart on the first floor is nice, and the surrounding area is quiet and clean. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. It had a washing machine and a clothes drying rack on the balcony, so clothes dried quickly. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for self-catering. The only downside was the price of the included breakfast, which was delicious. There's also a free gym!

This place was brilliant, great value for money and great location. The apartment was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great, communicated well, warm and friendly, kept the place in great shape! Good and friendly helpful staff. I gave it four instead of five for the following reasons: Location : 1- no grocery beside. Closest is 10 walk. It could be better if they had basic grocery in hotel water was only available a few days. 2- smell of sewage in common area.

wonderful place with wonderful people. the workers is always ready to solve your problem and you got a lot of freedom. the rooms is was clean and had no problems and infront of the hotel there is place to rest and safe for children since there is not much traffic. A comfortable and functional hotel with modern facilities. The rooms aren't very spacious but have everything you need (except a window in my case). The location isn't great, far from the city center and metro lines, but it's on a main avenue and easily accessible by taxi from the airport or train station. It offers good value for money, but it won't make the list of top hotels.

For unpretentious guests. Excellent value: price - quality. Good rooms: of course there is something to find fault with (little things like: traces of roof leaks, wind-blown windows, bad internet in places, not ideal cleanliness). I stayed with my family at Art Residence Hotel, Tashkent in Dec 2024 for 2 days. It was a family suite room and had a great stay. The rooms were very spacious, had good heating facilities, and hot water in the washroom. The breakfast spread was excellent with variety of dishes. The staffs were polite and helpful. We really had a excellent and comfortable stay at Art Residence, highly recommended

New apartments, 100% clean, everything new, including furniture and appliances. All amenities are available, including personal hygiene products and robes. The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of the capital, yet still has a quiet and peaceful courtyard. The apartments are extremely quiet and peaceful. The best value for money! Disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes are not replaced, and there is no comb. The quilt is probably not changed. The three of us had skin allergies the next day, so we immediately changed hotels. The price is not cheap and does not include breakfast. There was a power outage at night. The kitchen facilities are just for display and cannot be used.

Excellent apartment, recently renovated in good apartment building. Parking available. Air conditioners work perfectly. WiFi is stable. Safe and quiet. Front desk is on premises and very responsive. The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff are extremely helpful. Right from offering an umbrella while it was drizzling, to downloading the metro route so it's easier for me to travel around. They went out of their way to make my stay at the hotel as seamless as possible.

Quiet and peaceful, with a great location and plenty of food options nearby.

The bathroom was quite spacious.

The staff were friendly, but they were a bit annoyed by all my questions. They simply answered all my requests verbally and didn't fulfill them. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the shower overflowed. The spa was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but it didn't open until check-out time, so I wasn't able to use it. Overall, however, I was satisfied with my stay.

The room was large and the hotel was very satisfying overall. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was able to eat a lot, including Uzbek sweets and bread. The hotel is located in an area close to the airport, and although the road in front of the hotel is narrow, it wasn't a problem as I was able to have someone pick me up right in front of the hotel using a ride-hailing app. The Tashkent subway station...
