This Hotel is a Complete Scam — Read This Before You Regret It

I don’t usually leave reviews, but people deserve to know how disgusting, greedy, and inhumane this hotel truly is.

1. Dirty, Smelly Pillows:
Yes, the room looked okay at first glance — but the pillows? Absolutely filthy and stinking. It was like someone had been sweating into them for months. I’m glad I brought my own, or I would’ve gagged trying to sleep.

2. The Manager is Rude and Emotionless:
We arrived exhausted, sweating, and dragging all our luggage up three floors with zero help. And guess what? The cigar-smoking manager didn’t say “Welcome” or “Take a moment to rest.” Instead, he stood at our doorway like a debt collector, pressuring us to pay immediately. No hospitality. No basic manners. Just a walking red flag with a hotel badge.

3. No Breakfast, Same Price:
Breakfast was supposed to be included. But apparently, there was a “problem with the chef.” Translation: no breakfast at all. And did they reduce the price? Nope. Still demanded the full 220,000 UZS, like nothing had changed. That’s called stealing, not hospitality.

4. Two Days Without Power:
For two whole days, electricity went out for hours. The rooms became boiling hot. No apology. No solution. Just us sweating in a dark room wondering why we ever booked this hellhole.

5. Aggressive Payment Demands:
On our third day, we were sick and clearly unwell. Still, the same heartless manager banged on our door and refused to leave until we paid. It felt like being harassed in our own room. We weren’t treated like guests — we were treated like walking wallets.

6. Fake Reviews, Fake Reputation:
Let me be brutally honest: this hotel doesn’t care about guests. It only cares about money. I’m convinced the good reviews are fake accounts made by the staff. Because no real person with a shred of self-respect would enjoy staying here.

Save your money. Protect your mood. Don’t let your trip be ruined by this disaster of a hotel. You’ve been warned.

We stay here a lot, it's been a while since we last saw this place, but the staff is really helpful and the service is second to none. The manager, Batyr, is very friendly and has helped us a lot, may he be blessed.

We had a great time and enjoyed the place. The administrators' behavior is not to be blamed, especially Batyrjon.

Good hotel. Prices are also satisfying.
