It's a newly opened neat and clean Hotel. Staffs here are all very young and energetic and always willing to help and assist with anything needed at any time round the clock. Especially staff name Muhammed was super nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness—everything in the room was perfect, fresh, and tidy. The furniture was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing you to rest peacefully after a long day. It's clear the hotel is meticulously maintained.

The administrator is friendly. The rooms are relatively clean. The cost of a standard double room on 15.08.2022 250,000 soums (about 11,000 tenge for two people) and a junior suite 300,000 soums (about 13,500 tenge). There is air conditioning and TV. Big rooms, clean and quiet, easy walking distance to the Chorsu Bazaar in an older part of town. This charming place was an oasis of calm and quiet. Great service too - the staff is lovely. The location is superb! I added pictures of the view from our room, it's magical 😄 our room was quite small but well equipped and cosy. Another must try is the hotel spa zone. You can book it privately for yourself and enjoy sauna, hammam and a swimming pool after long walks

My first room faced the street, was noisy with cars, and wasn't properly cleaned, so I asked for a change. The room after the change was very spacious. I felt that the response from hotel staff varied from person to person. People who were pleasant responded well. You can take bus number 124 from the bus stop opposite the hotel to the nearest station, Bernie.

Hotel service is good and cost-effective

Stayed 10 nights. The room was ok... The tub was raised off the floor..it was dangerous to get in and out of the tub to take a shower. The shower hose leaked water all over each time it was used. The bed was a king bed but it was very uncomfortable. A little TLC and this would be a great place to stay!!! Not horrible just needs some care
