they do not wash their sheets or something.. very dirty and ants everywhere on the bed. so nasty i cant even sleep here and 450k go find other better price for that price…

The location is close to many restaurants, the rooms are relatively okay but the price is quite expensive. Booking a room during holidays is difficult and crowded, but the wait wasn't long. The rooms are relatively clean and have all the necessary amenities.

Overall, It’s not very clean. Sheets are dirty and there is no soap in the bathroom. Faucet and mirror have not been cleaned. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night.

The time I went with my family in April, a double room costs 700k including breakfast. (Breakfast is also delicious)
A bit far from the beach, but this area is crowded with many restaurants.
The hotel rooms are clean, there is an elevator, a balcony, especially a swimming pool when the house has a bunch of small children like me, let the kids play freely.

The hotel is nice, clean, has parking for cars, motorbikes, delicious breakfast, although the room rate includes breakfast, everyone note that water is not included, room price is 350k-500k, staff are friendly and hospitable, can organize a light wedding party outdoors.
