Rooms much smaller than in the description, on the walls, stains from water. Charged extra and could not explain why. Rooms the rooms of 12 m2 with balcony and without. The balcony is 1.5 per 1 m2 for the installation of air conditioners. Before to stop them how to think. Nha Trang is full of other places better than this, I would not come here for the second time. The staff doesn't know neither Russian nor English languages.

Price quality OK, you need to consider that most of the rooms from the 2nd to 5th semi-detached, sound insulation is bad.. in the photo the 6-th floor

Good location, 5min walk to Nha Trang beach. Rooms are ok, no noise, had good sleep. Bathroom was very small though.
