Love the panoramic view from the room! The games freely available in the dining area, the open pantry and the laundry room was fully equipped. Train theme hotel with great view of the train station and nice storyboards about the history of the train station!

Modern Hotel with nice comfy rooms. The fitness room is small, but enough for simple things.
Location is good, a bit on the limits of the old quarter, so you need to walk a few minutes before hitting the crowds, but on the positive side, it is quiet in the night!

Loved the style of the hotel, as well as location and value for money. And of course the staff were very friendly - my parents are vegetarian and they made sure they prepared something special for them to have at breakfast.
You can use their kitchen anytime to make your own food if you wish. Which was nice when I wanted a snack late at night.
They also werent fussy about giving us stuff like kettles or a spare luggage rack to the room.
Good facilities too like a (slightly small) gym and laundry, more than adequate for a holiday.
Mostly again the main selling point is the lovely staff. Most of Vietnam has lovely people and this hotel is no exception.
Before I forget the hotel is also within walking distance of several sights in Hanoi.
