The location of the hotel is perfect. Very easy to get around and there are many restaurants and areas that you can get to. The bar and breakfast at the lobby level are nice. Good selection from the buffet line

I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel is near Hoan Kiem Lake's Old Quarter, which is very lively at night. The French architectural style is distinctive, luxurious, and elegant

My favorite was the Avocado smoothie. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small because it's in the city center. Everything else was absolutely great!👍

The staff are super nice! The rooftop pool is a bit small, but the view is amazing, you can see the whole Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was fantastic, very exquisite, everything you could possibly want

Overall, a great value for money, especially if like me, you don’t mind ancient items and you assess cleanliness on a Vietnam basis and not a western one (the tv was probably the highlight, so pixelated that it reminded me of the one I had in the early 90s)

The hotel is on the old side but for me the location and the amenities are the biggest highlight. The gym is very well equipped, the sauna is spacious and works very well, the pool is pretty nice too

There are also a few other lakes nearby, and if you're on a higher floor, the view is absolutely stunning. The hotel seems to be Japanese-owned or has a Japanese style

She booked water puppet show tickets for us, recommended fantastic restaurants, arranged spa appointments, and even scheduled a cyclo ride. Her service was thoughtful and reasonably priced, making our trip very enjoyable

The service was excellent, and the rooftop restaurant offered stunning sunset views. Linh Pham, one of the hotel staff, was incredibly helpful and always politely asked if we needed assistance whenever she saw us

A pleasant surprise was finding delicious fried squab at the market near the hotel entrance. My only complaint is that the balcony room I booked faced the street and was quite noisy

The breakfast room offers good food, especially the Western fare. But if you're looking for pho, you should head to the Old City to enjoy the typical flavors of Hanoi pho.

Pretty good, it's in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi. The environment is nice, the location is convenient, and they clean and maintain the rooms daily

I arrived just in time for Christmas🎄, and the hotel was beautifully decorated🤩. The room itself was very clean and tidy.

For a first time traveler to Hanoi, maybe it would be best to look for a hotel closer the the hoan liem lake or city center. This hotel is convenient if you are coming for business or if not your first time to Vietnam

Hanoi opera house was a 20 mins grab ride away. Grab is convenient so we did not face any issues. Vincom center and lotte department store are 15 to 20 mins walk away. Staff was super polite and helpful with our luggage

After noisy night from seperate restaurant the service mngr and her staff were so apologetic and offered upgrade and explanation for the noise and what they had done to try and prevent it Location is about 30 min walk from lake Army base behind hotel is a big negative with gate guards trying to intimidate foreigners with their machine guns and shouting in Vietnamese - NOT A GOOD TOURIST MESSAGE FOR...

The lady at the reception was wearing glasses and a yellow áo dài. She remembered that I had stayed here before, which made me feel like I was back home again

The hotel it’s overall good for the price- plus they let me check out at 1 PM nicely. Also got me a T-shirt I forgot! Would recommend for families.

It was my mom’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make the day special.   The staff are all friendly. When we needed a shower chair for our senior citizen mother, within minutes it came up to our room

 I felt that this small request made us feel extemely special to them.   The door staff are so attentive and chatty. Its a good feel for making us so special

Conveniently-located hotel near the Hoan Kiem lake. The property has wider entrance but the hallways and elevators are very narrow like other thin and slim boutique cheaper hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter

The airconditioner is a smart and sharp one inside the ceiling and cools down the room quickly without much noise, but when I first entered the room the airconditioner was "heat / fan" mode only and I had to complain to the front desk to switch it to "cool" and waited more than 10 minutes in the humid room, because the front desk didn't inform anything whether someone would come to the room to fix...

Very good hotel located in the heart of the old quarter makes local bars, restaurants, shops all easily accessible by short walk. Excellent location close to the beautiful Ho Hoan Kiem lake which is idyllic and touristy

The room was very clean, and the hygiene was good, but the Wi-Fi signal disappeared as soon as the door closed! The front desk service was very enthusiastic! The breakfast was rich! It's very lively outside!

The room is also small and bathroom shower space is even much smaller than you expect for the hotel price, I had to reach out my hand into really narrow corner enclave to grab the shower nozzle

Stayed at the hotel and paid a little extra for an upgrade to a larger room. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Service staff were polite and attentive

Hotel room was clean but toilet amenities cld be better. Hot water was on n off until we figure out to tighten the loose knob. Very friendly and helpful staff

the hotel provides chocalate hour in the late afternoon for guests ( I cannot remember the exact time so please ask the hotel staff for more infos) the bar and restaurant's menus are affordable
