Unbelievable great hotel! We had a very nice stay there. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, rooms are perfectly clean. Location of the hotel can’t be better and the breakfast is just breathtaking.

This hotel is the best one that I have stayed at in Hanoi! The staff is very attentive and kind and willing to help in any way they can. The restaurants and bar are all top notch too

The hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I would book to stay here again when I next visit.

However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer

The staff are very warm, they can remember the room we stayed, and kindly remind we need to catch an early flight and should leave before schedule during breakfast

I also liked the location in the old city. We reached Lake Hakiem in about 12 minutes. On the excursion, they picked us up right from the hotel. And when we walked to the hotel, you could feel the flavor of the old city

The place was near to the city center and night market! It was very convenient when we are very tired from walking and shopping all day! They also have available Ha Long Bay tours that you can pay through credit card

We arrived on the first day at 12 at night and spontaneously decided to go on an excursion to Halong Bay. They helped us book everything. When we left, they loaded all the suitcases into the car

And the young man in a white shirt from the reception always smiled and answered questions. There is a choice of dishes, everything was delicious. The room was the same as in the photo

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights (from August 3 to 6). We really liked the hotel! Many thanks to the hotel staff! Especially to the young people who worked at the reception

The location is great, just steps away from the remarkable St. Joseph's Cathedral and onwards into old town. Also there's a dimsum restaurant inside the hotel that's top-notch! I look forward to my next stay!

The bathroom is nice with a thumb-up to the bathtub which looked more like a swimming pool to me! It was our second stay at the hotel, and the people working here were again very nice and professional

My wife and I were lucky to be upgraded to the Suite room : Wow! It is a very confortable room with a spacious balcony

Just make sure you ask to be on a high floor or on the back side of the hotel because the road is very busy and noisy

Easy to walk to various locations. Cons: Hotel is on a busy street so taxi is difficult to pass thru. Noisy even at midnight on the streets. Shower has some hot water issue (not enough hot water coming thru)

On the first and second floor, it’s great but this should be addressed as it’s very difficult to get anything done on the network with how often it disconnects. Everything else about my stay was perfect

The staff was incredible, meeting every request. They moved me to a better room after one night because I wanted a shower rather than a tub. The corner room was spacious and quiet on the 8th floor

This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was incredible and something I’d only expect at a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was solid and the rooms had mini bars that were very reasonably priced

Room is a bit small but amenities are good. A fancy heated Japanese toilet with heated seat, deodorant, water sprayed up like a bedet style. Enjoyed our stay. Reception are friendly, helpful.

Some staff are really friendly, others are a bit nonchalant. The breakfast is good enough for an energetic start to the day. The worst thing about this place is that smoking is allowed. The rooms stink! I've stayed twice

But because it's very tall it's very hard to step outside when you are done showering. If you are elderly or have elderly family members I do not recommend this hotel due to the bathtub design

The employees were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good. There were ants on the bed. You pay for what you get. The inside was falling apart and not as nice as the photos.

The 2 rooms our group had were quite dirty. I wouldn't recommend against church vision but in sure you could find better. The spot is great in the middle of town and close to everything in Hanoi

We were told it was a better hotel but from all we could find it was cheaper and looked worse from the photos. The rooms at church vision are ok, but are pretty tough around the edges

I would like to highlight that the breakfast is such a a simple yet hearty breakfast! I wouldnt mind staying here again for my next vacation

Very large clean room and great central location but also quiet as on a side street so be mindful when booking taxis from here. The air-conditioning was very good and we wish we could’ve stayed here longer

A strategic place if you are into cafe hopping. The hotel also provides tourist attraction tour so you dont have to find other places for alrernative. Overall its a good place to stay

Pros: Located at the Old Quarters. Cons: It’s located at a narrow alley so our driver just dropped us off at the highway and we had to walk a few meters to get to the hotel. Breakfast options extremely few

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. It’s in the Old Quarter area, which is the central part of Hanoi. There was an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. We used the sauna, it was great and relaxing

Even when there was a hiccup with dates, he staff work tirelessly to rectify - even at 10pm!!! Highly recommend this stay - yes, some night can be slightly noisy but earplugs are provided and we slept soundly

And of course the staff were very friendly - my parents are vegetarian and they made sure they prepared something special for them to have at breakfast. You can use their kitchen anytime to make your own food if you wish

Good facilities too like a (slightly small) gym and laundry, more than adequate for a holiday. Mostly again the main selling point is the lovely staff. Most of Vietnam has lovely people and this hotel is no exception

Location is good, a bit on the limits of the old quarter, so you need to walk a few minutes before hitting the crowds, but on the positive side, it is quiet in the night!

Which was nice when I wanted a snack late at night. They also werent fussy about giving us stuff like kettles or a spare luggage rack to the room

Here you can see views of the city from the pool. There is a spa on the ground floor that has some good packages

A nice hotel with a great location, just minutes away from train street. Staff is very helpful, spa is amazing and they provide a nice breakfast. The only issue would be the lack of soundproofing in the bedrooms.

The gym and swimming pool in the hotel are small, but there was no inconvenience to use and they are well organized. The location of the hotel is also very good for sightseeing and you can walk anywhere

The room is a restoration of 19th century building and the room is big. The front desk staffs are very helpful and breakfast spread is very decent. However, the internet connection is poor
