Hotel's design feeling classic. It's quite comfortable for business traveler like me due to the location not far from my destination.

The hotel looks grand and the facilities are quite comprehensive. There are a lot of Korean and Japanese guests. The rooms inside the hotel seem a bit dated but they are clean. It's located by the main road, not noisy, and transportation is convenient.

The hotel's location and surrounding environment are quite good. There's a mall nearby for dining and shopping, and transportation is convenient. However, the room facilities are genuinely disappointing, and there's a strong odor.

Hotel js clean and good location. Breakfast is great. Staff are not friendly just do what is ask. Bad impression as no one is smiling and friendly. Strange or maybe they under pressure or not happy at work. The water for shower and tap water is not hot at all. Wanna take shower at night at it is really just body temperature not matter how I adjust the water tap. It is never coems out hot water...

The room is in the most convenient location downtown, right across from Go! Supermarket, which I'd say is the best value and most well-stocked supermarket in Hanoi. It's a great place to buy souvenirs.

The room was spacious with a great view. It's an older hotel, but the location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall and with an ATM nearby, which was very convenient for currency exchange.

The hotel is centrally located, near the Japanese and Australian embassies, so there are many business travelers. The service is decent. There's a large shopping mall next door, and across the street, you'll find a whole strip of Japanese restaurants.

The location is not too far from the old quarters and quiet close to the Japanese street, it suitable for those prefer a bit more quiet stay yet convenient to get a taxi to travel anywhere. The breakfast is good but not cheap. Even though the building is clearly a bit dated but the facilities are well maintained and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Pool was closed for event, staff asked to upgrade the room after saying No, then they wanted me to wait till 2pm to checkin while they had the availability of room, but strange..

Novotel Hanoi is truly outstanding. The room is spacious, the food is abundant and delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, the room lighting is not bright enough at night, so it’s not very comfortable for working, but it’s perfect for a vacation.

Hotel considers to be a five star hotel but lacks many basic amenities. Further we booked our room for 2 adults and 2 kids and they were bot able to provide extra blanket and pillow. Had a good experience staying at the hotel. All the decorations are beautiful and amenities are fully prepared with convenience in mind. Most notably all the employees are very polite and help caters to any questions and requests that i had. Absolutely loved my stay at Somerset West Point Hanoi! The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen – perfect for my week-long business trip. Incredible cleanliness and a spacious Studio Executive room. We stayed as a family with a child and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The staff and service were excellent. Booked this place for my kid, loved the golden accents. The gym has a really pleasant outdoor area. There were a lot of Indian guests at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. The gilded steak at the restaurant on the first floor was delicious but seriously expensive.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We stayed on a high floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The scenery was luxurious and truly impressive.

First time staying here and I was a bit disappointed. The front desk is on the 38th floor, and the ground floor lobby felt quite deserted. There seemed to be very few staff members on the other floors as well. The hotel's facilities and decor are also no longer new. On top of that, my request for a slightly late check-out, due to my itinerary, was denied.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Having two supermarkets nearby on the ground floor was very convenient. The views were fantastic, and while the room wasn't huge, it had high ceilings. You do need to transfer lifts to get to the rooms. It takes about a ten-minute taxi ride to get to the old town.

Hotel is a little aged around the corner but the stuff remains committed and very friendly and helpful  I was asking for laundry mart outside the hotel but nobody seems to know where to guide me I enjoy my stay there and breakfast and gym are very good as well

Spacious room with clean sleek design. I personally live their bathroom. Bed was comfy and shower was nice and strong. They have a gym on the roof top which is 24/7 and another bigger ones sharing with the residence at the lower floor.

This hotel's location is a bit like Shenyang's Xita, but it's next to the new municipal government building (a Korean-dominated area, quite far from the main attractions, about a 35-40 minute taxi ride to the core area of Hoan Kiem Lake). I arrived just in time for Christmas🎄, and the hotel was beautifully decorated🤩. The room itself was very clean and tidy.
