The staff is wonderful. There is a water pump above the roof that makes the rooms feel like you live above a constant elevator shaft. No cleaning of rooms, aircon broken. But suppose thats just whats expected for the price range. Minimal sleep for three days.

It's a local hotel for local people. I only used it as l had to be in that location in Hanoi.

Poor service, no fridge, no water, no clean up, noisy environment, charge room fee again although finished payment. Don't come to this hotel so you don't have trouble in your trip.
