Lotus Vung Tau Resort in Vung Tau

I booked this Hotel online and i called the lady (maybe owner) at the hotel if i can check in at at 1 PM. I showed up at 11 PM and she said I have to pay 100 VND for Thu Phu (processing fee or check-in fee or whatever). I have booked more than 500 hotels around the world. there is no processing fee for check in if u already pay online..I think she wants me to pay extra. it was a big turn off when she asked for 100 ngan VNd. I never book this hotel or recommend to a friend. It is only 100 and it is not worth it. You want people to come back so dont play dirty game like this

When I got into the room, it did smell so bad. i called the receptionist (owner). She said "because it is chinese new year and we have many clients and we did not have enough time" Is that acceptable? that is not an excuse. When i book a room, your job is to prepare the room and make sure it is ready for people. If it is not prepare then dont let people check in a bad smelly room like that. It is not acceptable.

This place is located far from Central of Vung Tau.. end of Thuy Van street and it is not a good place to stay. There are many hotels near Thuy Van Hotels..

Receptionist (owner) is not friendly at all.

Tui book KS online gan 1000 lan chua bi truong hop bi chat chem 100 ngan VND tien check in ... tra online roi khi nhan phong doi 100 ngan tien check in. O vietnam tui nghi chi co KS nay duy nhat di lay tien khach 100 ngan UsD check in.. 100 ngan thiet ra ko dang la bao nhieu ca? ma lam vay sao khach dam den lan sao?? sao dam gioi thieu cho bam be mguoi than?? Ks thi nam trong ket ko phai chung tam, ma lam vay thi ko dam o lan thu 2.... lam an chi biet loi truoc mat ko nghi ve sao khach co quay lai ko..

Tiep Tan khong than thien, nguoi don dep nhin con than thien hon tiep tan.
