Nga Nguyen Hotel in Vung Tau

The Ngan Ha Hotel, located at 574-576 Nguyen An Ninh (listed as Ngoc Nguyen Hotel on Google Maps), is very dishonest. They didn't hold the room even after I paid a deposit, and then they spammed rental ads on Facebook. When I arrived, they said all rooms were booked, even though I had already paid a deposit. I had to go find a room in the scorching midday sun during a holiday, feeling frustrated. I still have the messages saved so you don't have to reply and deny it.

The room was dirty and smelly; there was a fan but the air conditioner was broken and not cooling properly.
