Cosmopolitan Hotel in Ho Chi Minh

THE CUSTOMER'S SERVICE IS POOR- THÁI ĐỘ NHÂN VIÊN LỄ TÂN RẤT THẤT HỌC
So suck, with staff like that receptionist, I believe the hotel can't get higher level. He was acting like lack of education.
Below is the story:
I was shocked at the receptionist's attitude.
He is so unprofessional and rude. We were booking the room number 301 from 1pm to 9:30pm on 30/9/2017.
When we checked out he asked for 20 000 Vnd surcharge with the reason that he thought we used one big bottle of water. But actually we didn't, then he contacted to the person who was checking the room, that person reconfirmed him that we didn't use any other bottle of uwater except for one free bottle of water. After all, that was misunderstanding and he just said ok like normal, like nothing happened with a very rude voice. We know it's just misunderstanding but at least he has to say sorry. Besides, he also behaved like we are begging him for a room but we pay fairly.What kind of service at the hotel like that?
So pls adjust your staff's attitude.
It was such a poor service.

Ask for towels and get answer “no housekeeper now, can not bring towels for you”. Plus charged 100,000 vnd for parking the car at the hotel since we booked room via Internet. Not walkin book. Spechless ! No hair dryer also. For sure, if they have, can not bring since no house keeper as they said.

1. There's no bathtub as advertised "shower AND bathtub" => when I complained about it, the receptionist simply answered: "we only show "shower OR bathtub". too bad I couldn't recheck the booking description right at that time.

2. I booked 2 nights and in the 2nd one, I spotted a RAT!!! I called the staff and they saw it by their very own eyes and couldn't do anything. They then settled all down by just transferring us (me and my husband) to another room and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. It was 4.am so we had no choice but to dragged our exhausted legs to the new room, hoping for a prompt apology and checkout first thing in the morning.

3. There's BLOOD STAIN on bed sheets!!!

4. The most inappropriate and disappointing thing was the attitude with which the staff responded to our claims: they were all neglect and arrogant and merely answered with "We did our best", and didn't even bother to apology, let alone giving any discount.

Our hopefully peaceful and stress-free holiday was totally ruined by this self-proclaimed 3.5 star hotel.
