The problems of staying at Kelly serviced apartments are numerous: First, its near two bar/discos and you will get loud music, thuds, shouts, and excessive noise several nights a week until 1:30 or 2:00 a.m.

Other nuisances, the walls are also very thin, and you hear every movement of the hard wooden chairs above you and even other guests talking all night. If you have neighbors who like to stay up late its a big problem. Other reviewers have complained about the same problem, so management obviously is already aware of it.

If you are a non-smoker you will have problems here too. Though its supposed to be non-smoking rooms, the policy is not enforced and if you ask about it, the staff will ignore you for the most part.

Perhaps the worst problem is that the staff isn’t just unprofessional, they are actually rude. There’s no hello, or thank you, and not even much eye contact. They rather play games on the PC or lay on the sofa in the next room than help guests. The worst one is the unprofessional, sarcastic, and apparently uneducated female receptionist from Hanoi that works morning to afternoon. She should have been fired long ago.

Summary: If you rent for around $32 a night online, there are much better options. If you rent by the month, there are also much nicer and better places for the same or even less money where you will be treated with respect and can get some peace and quiet… please void Kelly apartments if possible.

The service is very bad. The condition is totally different from the ads. The staff is always loking foward to tips. Suddenly hang up the phone when we told we'd not want to change room anymore.
